After waiting in line, found out that they were out of most of the ice cream flavours we wanted. Asked for a sample to help choose a new flavour but was not allowed. Server was mostly fine but unhappy about making change.I advise people to just go buy a treat at Robinson's. You think you want ice cream, but you probably dont want it enough to pay a premium for this place and have a poor experience.

We waited in line for twenty minutes while one girl worked very hard making ice cream for customers while the other girl stood by the waffle machine waiting for it to beep. When one of the waffle girls’ friends came in behind us, the girl who had been making waffles went and made a cone for her friend. I was infuriated by her actions all around. She needs some customer training!

Group of 6 last Saturday. Served quickly, lots of staff, sugar cones hand made EXCELLENT. Will be back next time Sheri invites us to her cottage!
