Colin's great attitude to treating customers right with timely and clear communication on the work being done made me feel at ease. He responded promptly to my original service inquiry within a few hours and provided me with a reasonable price and time of availability.On the day the work was being done on the day, he made a courtesy call/text message that he was within the area. Work was completed as described on his original communication to me with some time left. This then allowed me to inquire about toilet repair quote, which he gladly examined and gave me options.In fact, he even had time to do this additional service/work for all my toilets, which saved me the hassle of calling him back and plus he offered me again reasonable price. What I found astounding is when he was going to fix my 3 toilets, he only had enough parts for 2, but came back the following day to repair the last one. He ended up charging me for 2 as he felt that he had inconvenienced me by not being able to fulfill his work the 1st time around.I truly appreciated him going beyond in satisfying his customers ,which leads to building future loyalty to use his services. I have a kitchen sink drain clogged up pretty bad, Colin is very responsive to my phone call and able to book a repair appointment at the next morning. Colin is professional and care for the finish results. He wants to make sure the clogged pipe issue resolved by running the power auger twice and ensure water is draining properly before he leaves.

Colin came within the hour and stayed for almost 3 hours fixing our main sewage line which had become a mess. Colin was very polite and went the extra mile to also fix our bathroom sink and got us a new flush valve as well. These guys are really really good, and quite affordable because they think along with what you really need repaired or replaced. A quality job and a fully resolved situation, every time. They do not upsell but run an honest quality service business, thus you're not driven up on unnecessary or unwanted costs - just quality service for your actual plumbing problems. Keep it that way, guys! Their company's name is maybe a bit funny, or a bit awkward, but son Colin and especially also father Tom (with his immense experience) do know how to resolve your plumbing issues, well. Would recommend them to everybody.

Colin was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable when he came to fix our backed up drain line. He clearly knows what he’s doing and is passionate about his work. He was able to very quickly identify the issue and resolve it using his auger and drain scope, as well as providing education on how to maintain and avoid further issues. On December 20th, we called a plumbing company and left a voicemail. After not hearing back after a couple of days, we decided to try What the Flush.Colin was available to come the day we called. He fixed our issue - a sewer back up - and also gave us a 90 day guarantee. We have been home owners for 30+ years and have experienced a variety of plumbing issues.
