What a wonderful experience at Waterford Appliances. It was two days before Christmas my stove decided it was done. I went to our local store on Alice street and they absolutely helped me out! I purchased a great priced stove range, and it was delivered within an hour to my home! The delivery gentleman were great as I had asked them to wear a mask as a loved one within our home is immuno compromised with cancer. They were more then willing! Thank you SO much for being able to help so close to Christmas. Top notch service from the sales floor to delivery. Highly recommend to shop local and support small business.

As a small business owner ourselves, I have always been very happy with the service we have received at Waterford Appliance. When ordering a particular brand of fridge during the first year of covid……we waited for 6 months and it was no where in site…….Darcy then offered us another make from her stock . We purchased that, followed by the matching stove and then microwave. It was all delivered the next day and installed perfectly. We were very pleased!! I might also add that on a few occasions both for our business and our home, that we also bought paint products as well. All the way around 5 STARS!!! Thanks Darcy & Frank for the awesome small town experience!!!

Best customer service ever! Our freezer full of food died on a long weekend and even if though it was after hours, Darcy said she’d meet us at the store! She was very helpful in helping us chose which freezer to purchase and didn’t rush us at all. They had a wonderful selection to choose from and there was no back orders like most box stores. We are very thankful for Darcy and her husband for saving us in our great time of need. Check out this store, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing customer service! We returned to buy appliances after Darcy whipped up a most perfect shade of white paint for me.(White is the hardest to choose!) Darcy was very knowledgeable about the appliances we were looking at, and had no issue to put together a quote for us with various combinations of appliances. When the appliances came in sooner than expected (and we weren't ready for them yet) Waterford Appliances had no issue to hold onto them until we were. Once delivered, by 2 very pleasant and professional delivery guys, the appliances were set up very quickly. They even RETURNED AGAIN to help move the fridge, so we could have the plumber run a waterline. (Our mistake - as this should have been done before the fridge went in.) Then, after an error code appeared on the range, and we unsuccessfully did what we could to reset it, Waterford Appliances had a new one at our house by mid-day THE NEXT DAY!! I cannot say enough good things about our experiences with them.A wonderful, family-owned, local business, who cares about their customers, a business to which I have been proud to refer friends and family. Check them out!

Frank and Darcy exemplify an old fashioned family run business where their customers enjoy their experience. They are both very trustworthy and knowledgeable about their products. Waterford Appliance’s delivery is white glove service.

a few weeks ago I stopped in at Waterford Appliances and More asking about some pellet grills, Frank took time out of his day to explain the pros, cons and various functions of each grill even though I had said to him that I did not have the money at the time he was very informative about the different models it sounds like he has a lot of experience with all the different grills. today after watching a ton of YouTube videos and reading reviews I decided to purchase the Green Mountain Grill Peak Prime. I should mention that this is a Saturday and I was at work, they opened at 10am so I called right at 10 and was speaking with Darcy who took the order and also told me that the grill came with free local delivery and assembly and I should expect to see it on Tuesday. you cant ask for better service than that! I am so excited I am going to have to start thawing out some meat just to try this new bad boy out.unfortunately I do not need any other appliances at this moment but when the time comes I will be shopping at Waterford Appliances and More, they can expect to see me as a repeat customer from here on out

After two terrible experiences with a big box store we shopped here for a new range. Delivered next day and installed. They were amazing and professional. Range was set up and even levelled, tested and working perfect. We couldn’t be happier. Told our neighbours who have now ordered a dishwasher from them. I will forever support this business. Small business much better than the big box stores! Thank you for such a great experience! Five stars all the way!
