Strong Base Interlock, Landscaping & Construction

A little over a year ago we decided to install a pool in our backyard. We had about three or four contractors lined up to get pricing from. Steve from StrongBase was the second one. After we sat with him we ended up canceling the other meetings and quickly signed on with the Strong Base team. Steve walked us through the whole process in detail. Steve was always available to answer our questions and field our excited and frequent asking of when his team would be able to start.When they started at end of March the team was swift, clean, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in what they were doing. During the whole process which lasted no more than 5 weeks did Steve ever ignore us or not return our call. His site supervisor Mike was always available to answer questions or walk with my wife or I and explain what was happening and what was coming up next.This is the first time we have ever done this big of a project in our home and could not be happier with StrongBase and the work they did.Steve definitely made it feel like we were dealing with a close friend rather than some random Project Manager.My family and I are incredibly appreciative of the work StrongBase did and we are are very excited to spend a ton of time on our new backyard for many years to come.Thank you Steve, Mike and the StrongBase crew!!

AMAZING! Spectacular results from start to finish!When we first began looking for a crew to complete our interlock we were overwhelmed with all the different companies. Once we found Strong Base we knew from the beginning we were in good hands. Steve was amazing to work with and walked us through the process. Once the crew arrived they worked diligently through all the issues that arose and consulted us every step of the way. They were all so nice and it was astonishing to see how intricate and laborious interlocking can be. Biwar and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They did a full backyard job for me: new deck, interlock patio, pergola, flag stone fire pit area and planter beds. Biwar was transparent from the beginning in terms of price, start time and length of work. His original quote was very competitive, so I was skeptical about the quality of his work. I researched his company and all of his customer testimonials were incredibly positive so I went with him and I’m very glad I did. The job had some hiccups, like most reno projects do, but Biwar managed all challenges professionally and took responsibility for any miss on his part in terms of quote. He never inflated the original price we agreed on. At any point in time if I wasn’t happy with the quality (and I tend to be picky about this type of stuff), he would fix it to my liking. His crew is made up of a team of polite, professional, hard workers (shout out to Mike and his team who worked hard to make me happy!). On one night in particular two crews, totally about 10 guys, were in my backyard until 9.30pm trying to remove an old tree stump that was much larger than expected, all to ensure that my new trees would have the room needed to grow. It was outside of the scope of work, but they made it happen. In the end, I am very happy with the quality of the work done. Thank you Biwar and team!

We are so happy with our end result! We contacted Strong Base to complete our backyard patio, landscaping and pool. Biwar and the entire Strong base team were always there when we needed them, were responsive, and always professional. The guys on site were always courteous and friendly.
