I have had nothing but the best service and experience purchasing insurance here for myself and my husband, between us we insure four vehicles and we have had the same representative, Ashley, for years. We've even connected her with our surrounding friend and family group and no matter how busy she is she always fits us in!The office is clean, easy to get to, has plenty of parking and is open past the regular 9-5 office hours of a lot of insurance places in my area.

The staff at this location are second to none! This is a well-run insurance company with very knowledgeable staff! I recently got an extended car warranty at a dealership and during the trial period changed my mind and got better coverage at a better price through Johnson Meier. Lady helping us was new and had some troubles which was totally fare. Manager helping her was rude to her and us. We did a transfer on a vehicle that we sold. They took our plates and we believed everything was cancelled and completed. 3 month later just realized they are still taking money and they are telling me that it was never cancelled and just renewed.

My insurance was expired and I did forgot to respond Rachael's email to renew them. She called me back and was ready to renew and bring them to my house. We ended up renewing in Kia West near to my home. I totally appreciate her extent to help customers in difficult times.

I purchased a car a year ago in Burnaby and even though I'm not local to the area, Rachael reached out to me regarding my renewal which was due in about 3 weeks. I had been putting off trying to book an appointment with my local insurance company for a week because of the hassle involved with Covid restrictions, the office being closed, appointment times, etc. Rachael offered to complete the entire process remotely via email, even worked around my schedule when I was too busy at the time of her initial call.The process was completely painless with a few emails being sent back and forth and my decals are in the mail. Rachael was amazing to work with and saved me so much stress and hassle. 10/10 would recommend to anyone to do their insurance this way if possible.Thank you Rachael! Completely unethical staff. Processed my family renewal after calling three months ago to cancel. I Did not receive a cancellation form nor did I receive my renewal documents from them or I would have called back again stating I needed this cancelled. I have now paid a total of $552 for insurance I already have with icbc. Do not get your insurance from here. there are far more superior brokerages in the nearby areas. I highly recommend not to do business with this office as calling for issues leads to you having to defend yourself and essentially prove your not at fault.
