I recently bought a few yards of fabrics from MGE fabrics as it came highly recommended by a friend. The staff was super friendly and helpful- they were able to guide me on what fabric best suited for what i was looking for. Im building a custom headboard/ wall using a combination of Velvet and synthetic leather, i hope to be able to upload the photos once the project is completed. They also have beautiful imported fabrics and reasonably priced when compared to others. Definitely will be returning- thanks for the excellent customer support.

Awesome customer service! Always so happy to help out. I’m from another city and I’m able to FaceTime and look through fabrics. I love it!! On top of the amazing customer service the quality of the fabrics are top notch and amazing prices. Thanks so much. Will be back for more.

We bought some fabulous mohair velvet at Golan's shop today! He has a tightly curated selection of beautiful textiles at very reasonable prices. Golan is extremely knowledgeable and a breeze to work with. Excited to have a new source for textiles.

Very friendly and helpful business owner. Quite an efficient shopping experience if you know what you’re looking for - the owner finds a few high quality options for you and has great suggestions. Inventory is stacked up everywhere, not ideal if you don’t know what you want. BUT - Great value! I purchased amazing waxed canvas for making a backpacks, and few high quality remnant pieces of fabric, great for sewing several tote bags.

Golani has been so helpful when I've visited his shop! I'm new to sewing, and having his assistance, along with great-priced, quality fabrics close to me is great! Seeing Pablo, the shop assistant, is a bonus :) I look forward to shopping at MGE Fabrics in the future.

Finally made it to MGE Fabrics for in-store shopping after following them on Instagram. I was very impressed with the friendly and professional service offered by the knowledgeable staff. They offer high-quality well-curated fabrics from Canada and abroad at affordable prices. I'm very happy with my black Japanese denim and will be back soon for more of their exceptional selection.

A happily unexpected experience at MGE Fabrics. Went into 685 Queen St W looking to get some buttonholes done in the neighbouring space, and left with a beautiful blue plaid and every intention of returning for more fabrics in the future. Would definitely recommend checking out if your haven't yet, and coming back for a wide inventory from across the world. The owner is wonderful and very helpful and knowledge about his products. 5 Stars.
