Stopped by for a protein smoothie after a workout and it didn’t disappoint! I ordered the blueberry açai smoothie and it was super refreshing and delicious! Highly recommend! The staff are super nice and helpful. They also have a great selection of protein snacks. The price for the smoothie was fair (~$8.99), but I think the bottled cold pressed juice is overpriced.

I am one of those people who come to this store every day for dinner. I pick up a protein bowl and it is what is my staple for the evenings. The people here are amazing, they know who I am in my order, and they add extra effort to just make sure that my meal is perfect. Absolutely Try these people out they will not disappoint.

Love body energy club. I go at least 2-3 times a week for their smoothie bowls and use their protein daily. However the last few times I’ve been they’ve said their smoothie bowl blender is “broken” or that they don’t “have time” to make the smoothie bowl. Today I was told the wait would be 20 minutes, and then another employee told me they were done making bowls. I told the employees I’d be happy to wait, but they ignored me. This happened at 6:50pm, they don’t close until 10pm. If you can’t make the menu items why are they on the menu. The man that helped at the cashier was kind and helpful, but the other staff was unfriendly and dismissive.

I’m in love with this store. Great variety of drinks, salads and bowls. They’ve got something for everyone. I usually go there for Açai bowls and smoothies and you can taste the freshness and energy in the food. Very friendly staff and definitely worth every cent that you pay for it. For anyone who says healthy/vegan food is rabbit food, check this place out.

They take forever to make the smoothies, and I’ve been to EVERY SINGLE location in Vancouver. Also, there are two cash registers but only one works, every time. We have busy lives and my purpose going there is trying something healthy once in a while, but it takes too long for one simple smoothie.Other than that, it is amazing.

BEC has a great selection of supplements, protein bars, random vitamins that I don’t know anything about… and their smoothies are delicious. My favourite is the Greena colada. Unfortunately their customer service really doesn’t deliver. My smoothie bowl took them 15+ minutes to make, and I was one of 3 people in the store. At other stores, I can get a smoothie or smoothie bowl in 3-5 minutes. Also, the only friendly person was the cash register guy, everyone else looked and sounded like they wanted to leave (kind of understandable since it was 6PM). The topping of the smoothie bowl was very obviously rushed. Another thing I don’t appreciate is the lack of nutrition facts on their smoothie menu. I don’t diet so I don’t care too much about macros, but I imagine other people have found it frustrating. Overall, I say definitely go to BEC for any supplement you can dream of, but take a trip across the street to Vitasave for better and faster-served smoothies.

I’m only going to share my smoothie experience. They have a broad selection of smoothies. I tried 2 and they were delicious. It would be nice if they had more keto options. Only one at the moment. They have a food supplements store, they sell healthy snacks and juices and offer some stretching services in the back.

Wow this place gets busy! Despite that, the quality of the smoothies remains consistent. My favourite by far is the Almond Butternut Dream smoothie. It starts out at about $7.95 and if you make add-ons it can quickly become well over $10. I have to say the quality is great though, you get a full meal out of the smoothie and feels like you get what you're paying for. I've ordered from here at least 5 times in the last 2 months, its my go to place when i forget lunch.

My favorite BEC location! I have gone through being a “regular” at a few locations, the Waterfront Location and the Davie Street location. Out of all 3 this is my go to. Perfectly made smoothies and bowls every time. Every supplement offered under the sun that you may need for your health and workout regime. The staff are efficient, kind and cheery. Become a regular and they will even remember your name! 10/10 would recommend.Edit: Tonight i had a weird experience. This location is open til 10:30pm. I have gone in many time close to 10pm or a little after to get a smoothie, no problem. I came in tonight around 9:55 and suspected no problems to get a smoothie like usual. There was an Asian guy working who i havent seen much yet, as a regular at this location. He told me “your smoothie is the last smoothie of the night” me thinking, ok? And why would that be? You guys arent even closed yet. Another customer came in and wanted a junior mint which the guy exclaimed “ok yours will be the LAST smoothie were making tonight were done after this” ?? This was the first time i have heard an employee make it seem like by 10pm their smoothies aren't available? Like they have a last call? Anyhow, i then decided to pay in cash, exact change may i add and the employee goes “im not taking cash, i already closed the till!” ?? Me thinking, i work in a retail space too. If you had closed the till you most likely wouldnt be able to make anymore transactions on that till and considering they really only use 1 till most of the time i felt that was BS. I then was asked if i had a card to pay, which i did not, i only had cash to pay for this smoothie. I closed my wallet and had to say “you know what, forget about it” for him to take my cash. It just felt lazy and sort of rude. If there us some type of “last call” for smoothies that should he on the BEC website and posted in stores, no?

The smoothies are great, but don't order if you've got someplace to be. The last 3 times I went it took between 15 and 25 minutes to get made after ordering.
