They couldn't figure out how to use the coupon properly. It says for $1" but cashier said it means less $1. Total was suppose to be $14 something but the lady made it $21 and some change. Had to leave it and all that food went to waste just becuase cashier didn't know how to use the coupon properly."

Worst Place. Never come here on rush hours. They will make the worst sub in the world. The girl was working so fast that she didn't put anything correctly. She didn't pack the sub properly and I had to tell 5 times that please close it properely. By far the worst experience I have ever had at any sub.Management should definitely improve the services and train the servers to give quality food the customer rather than finishing the orders only.

This is the second time I’ve went to this location for express pickup and they need better training in how this option works. The point of express pickup is to be quick, easy and convenient. The employee acknowledged my presence by saying “ok we are making” when my order was sitting there ready. She really was about to make 5 walk in customers sandwiches before giving me my order. RIDICULOUS.

The blonde Brooke provides excellent customer service. She is always friendly and always has a very bubbly demeanor whenever I come in. Even though she is a little ditzy, it compliments her enthusiastic attitude towards customers! She was unequivocally meticulous and efficient when preparing my sub and it definitely reflected in it’s flavour. I can no longer go to any other Subway as the customer service always pales in comparison. Subway should be grateful to have Brooke as an employee as she is easily the most valuable asset to this franchise!

by far the slowest service I have experienced and there were only 4 customers. Waited 20 minutes and another staff had to instruct another staff to attend to me. When I was ready to pay, the staff member, instead of attending to my payment decided it was the best time to change the storage toppings when there was 2 other staff members who could have done that since they were already taking care of that. It shouldn't take 3 staff members to change the storage toppings

Absolutely enraged with this subway. This is the third time I have ordered on Uber and had my order cancelled by this location. Each time I’ve made sure to order at a decent time with an 1 1/2 or even 2 hours before closing. There’s an option to turn off your Uber eats if you’re no longer accepting orders. But each time our order goes through says the restaurant has received the order then 20 minutes later they cancel! Terrible service!

Ordered the advertised bbq chicken sub on the Tex Mex chess bread. Nothing special about it. Other than the sauce, nothing much different than the grilled chicken sub. I had a lot of toppings and honey mustard sauce so it overwhelmed the bbq sauce. You might want to tell them to add more bbq sauce if you want to try this promotional meal.

I love this Subway, the Artists are always so polite and ask about your day. The customers are all really great as well, I find myself having a conversation or seeing two randoms strike one up almost every time!

Food was fine. Service was fine. But why are the washrooms still closed and blocked off by a chip rack?? I ate lunch here and had to go to Tim Hortons to use the washroom…
