This is a little late in coming but I wanted to give these guys a review. Last year they did some millwork for us in a bathroom as part of a major renovation and in the process also repaired" some stupid mistakes made by the people who had done our kitchen a couple year prior. Everyone I dealt with were pleasant and very helpful. When they said they would show up they did and their workmanship was excellent. My wife and I recently built a house and were given a number of kitchen providers by our builder. We made the decision to go with Milestone given the fact that they were local and products were made right here in Niagara. Their installers did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the functionality, wear and after sales service we've received.

We were directed to milestone by our builder to select finishes for some work being done to our new home. Fighting a deadline and not local to the area. We attended the office as we happened to be in the area and not knowing we needed an appointment. We were greeted by Alayna who was incredibly indifferent. She told us we she doesn't handle any of the design work, wasn't able to answer basic questions about quartz, and told us we needed to contact Alex" and make an appointment. We contacted same day and was told we could come in next day to meet with Alayna who is one of the designers. Needless to say

We had custom millwork built by Milestone for our new kitchen, laundry room, closets and powder room. Their quality and craftsmanship is amazing. They worked closely with my designer to design and build all new kitchen cabinets, a 10ft island, custom built ins for the family room, wood shelving and mantle to match the hardwood floor, laundry room cabinets and a built in closet organizing system. The quality is top of the line and their attention to detail is what really impressed me. Months after the install was complete, they returned to do all the adjustments of every cabinet to make sure it was all lining up and that everting was in working order. I am very pleased with the work they did and I would highly recommend the team at milestone.

In my case it is buyer beware. If you use these guys stay away from the kitchen craft line, it is pure junk. They did replace a cabinet that was cracked and a few more are starting to warp after only 5 years. I had a rep out recently and he was great but informed me there was nothing they could do. I am in the process of getting quotes for repair and a refresh.

We bought a new house in Niagara Region and were directed to Milestone Millwork & Custom Kitchens by our builder. From the moment we stepped in the store the staff was friendly and very accommodating. We dealt with Alex K. as our kitchen/cabinet designer and WOW did she and the cabinet makers deliver. We went with natural walnut shaker cabinets (with 45 deg bevelled edge) for the kitchen and they turned out absolutely stunning. We had a few tweaks and minor changes along the way and all were accepted, updated and included in the design with ease. I highly recommend using their services for any new build or redesign.

We were building a new home. Our builder, Blythwood, uses Milestone so we set up our meeting with Alex, the designer. She has excellent product knowledge and is very responsive. She ended up designing our kitchen cabinetry, 3 bathrooms and the laundry room.All the appliances fit perfectly and we get lots of compliments from our friends.The company and Alex were a joy to work with

Lots of things went wrong although all errors were rectified quickly. Upon delivery largest piece wouldn’t fit in door so delivery people left an unwrapped cabinet in the wet grass in the backyard. My husband asked them to it put in garage, the next day he and the installer took off part of our sliding door and carried the piece in, don’t really think my 65 yr old husband should be lugging in heavy cabinets. Installer was excellent but was hindered constantly by errors in cabinet sizes. Large wall pantry made up of two huge boxes, both the wrong size, as were the shelves so all had to be rebuilt. When the new one came, the shelves were white instead of maple and there were only 9 instead of 14. A floor to ceiling pantry with pull outs that came as two boxes stacked were two different sizes, the top box and therefore pullouts were all wrong size, had to be rebuilt. Cabinets over stove were 2.5 inches higher than our old cupboards so I wouldn’t have been able to reach the microwave that hung under them. I was told that even though neither of us recall this ever being discussed with the designer, since I had signed off on final drawings I would have to pay $621 to have that small cabinet redone which I did and to their credit it was done in one day. The hole left for the microwave was just a fraction too small so we had to shove and shove to get microwave in (it will never come out of there without having to take a cabinet down) and in the process the new cabinet got chipped and scratched. When all was done we realized we were missing the cookie sheet dividers in one cupboard and the island had been installed noticeably crooked. Someone came back to move the island but when the floor installers came they told us it was still crooked, they could tell when laying the planks up next to it. Because so many pieces were wrong or missing the whole process took a week so we had to postpone our floor install as we were under the impression it would take only a couple days. I love the finished product and as I said they rectified all the errors but made the whole process much longer and more stressful and it should have been.
