Chad was polite, professional, friendly to my dog, gave me what seemed like sound advice about the future of my older furnace. The company originally said someone could come out next day, but were able to send Chad the evening I called, which is good as we'd be without heat. Overall easy to deal with and helpful.

Can't say enough good things about the two young men that came to replace my furnace and air conditioner. Andrew and David went above and beyond, they had to replace the furnace that was in the attic, it was 30°c and they had to take it in turns to work as it was so hot up in the attic. They did it with good grace and humor, I was very impressed with their work ethic. The work was done well and in a timely fashion. I don't hesitate to recommend this company, I have dealt with them on a couple of other occasions and always have been pleased with their work and knowledgeable staff.

I had central AC installed on May 29 and it didn’t go well. My home wasn’t any cooler than before and cosmetic damages were done during the course of install when an air return was put in. A few days later the unit stopped working and I couldn’t figure out why. Had action furnace come out again and while the breaker flipped it wasn’t the the problem. The air coming in wasn’t meeting the cold levels it should when the install was done initially. Thankfully Dale J. came to the recuse and spent almost the whole day running tests trying to figure out the source of the problem. While it couldn’t be resolved in one day Dale J. came back again changing out parts and when that didn’t work they contacted the manufacturer and determined the size of the unit I had was too small and couldn’t provide the power required. Solution was to change out the 1 ton condenser for a 1.5 ton unit. While I had to wait for a new condenser to come in Dale was able to get the current unit to produce cooler air temporarily until the new condenser arrived. Dale came back to install the larger unit on June 21 at no additional cost. I am happy to report the unit is now producing cold air levels as required, my home feels cool and comfortable and I am very happy with my investment. As for the cosmetic damages a contractor was sent to repair it at no cost and I was satisfied with the quality of his workmanship. While my experience had multiple road bumps Action Furnace finally came through. I have been a member for 5+ years and will continue to be one as my experience leading up to this has been good. I also want to say Dale J. was fantastic, he took time to figure out the problem and make it right. Thanks Dale, you get a 5 star rating from me!!!

I contacted Action Furnace to obtain a quote for installing AC. They arranged for someone to come and review my home in a very timely manner. Chad was very pleasant and helpful. By examining my home in person, he discovered the number and size of windows, including the east and west exposure, required a larger unit than a general assumption would have considered. I'm very pleased to know that the unit wouldn't be undersized as any online quote wouldn't have determined this valuable information. The install happened exactly as promised. Kurtis and Sebastian arrived on time and were very personable. Kurtis reviewed the whole install process, operation and maintenance routine with me. They also performed an extremely tidy cleanup. I thought they were very professional and I'd have no problem recommending Action Furnace to anyone else. I am very pleased.

A fantastic company with caring and impressive customer service. Thanks to Rodney Wiens for evaluating my AC needs and helping me choose an efficient SEER2 Air Conditioner. He was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process.I had my new unit installed by Nolan and team they provided professional quality work and had my unit installed in no time. I have nothing but good things to say about Action. They provided top notch service and I would recommend them to anyone.

They are very professional and prompt. I especially enjoy their personal text messages on days they come to fix or look at things, they send a photo of the people coming out and than they write a nice personal paragraph to get to know the service or installers. All members of Action Furnace that my husband and I have met have been incredible, knowledgeable, and helpful with explaining everything they are doing and need to do! They have all been very kind to our home, 3 dogs, 2 children and our snake! Thank you for all your help!

Called because my AC was not working very well and there was a noise coming from the furnace. It sounded like a fan bearing was going.Tech shows up and says the Furnace motor needs to be replaced. The furnace should be raised because the filter is too small but really we need to replace the furnace all together. He looked at the AC measured the coolant and said it was low. It must have leaked so for $4000 he would find the leak and then they could refill it after the leak was repaired. He then said we should replace the AC system completely. He also said I noticed your hot water tank, ya that should just be replaced, he wasn't even here to look at the hot water tank. All in all he recommended replacement of the furnace AC and hot water tank for a total cost of $12,000We called someone else to get a second opinion. They found no leak charged our system and the AC is good. The furnace is good too. Hey even the hot water tank is good. This cost $350 so an honest repairman saved us $11,650!!. Thankfully we got a second opinion because we would have been replacing perfectly good equipment.I get it you guys sell stuff, well some people would prefer to fix or maintain what they have rather than handing over thousands of dollars to replace perfectly good equipment.

Just had a central air conditioner installed today. Was very impressed with the install and Reubyn Cater was the install technician. He was very knowledgeable about any questions I had during the install. Also it was just him doing the install and asked if he could return the following day to finish as he did not want to rush the install. When all was completed there was an issue with the thermostat and he trouble shot and fixed issue right away. Also would like to thank Chad Sousa who came out to do the quote his explained everything about the unit they carry and was very professional in the way he went about measuring house to see which size of unit would be suitable. I also like the idea that he did a video for the technicians so they had an idea of what they would be coming into. Thanks again to both those gentlemen and also Action Furnace for a job well done

We decided to hire Action Furnace to handle the installation of an air conditioning system in our home, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Once the installation was completed, they patiently guided us through our new system, demonstrating how to properly maintain and care for our new AC unit.It has been three nights since the installation, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our home is now wonderfully cooled, and we are thoroughly satisfied with the exceptional service provided by Action Furnace and their dedicated team. We wish we had called them last summer!

My furnace died last weekend (it was 30 years old). I called Action Furnace first thing Monday morning. 3 and a half days later, I now have a brand new furnace and AC unit fully installed and completely working. Even more impressive is that this is their standard service - I didn't have to ask for a rush job or pay a premium. And the pricing was very reasonable given how professional the service is.My sincerest thanks to Chris Williams for helping me choose the right equipment for my house and for highlighting options (higher efficiency, lower noise, ...) that added the most value to the overall package.
