We called & got a quote of $95. all in for my Dodge 1 Ton. So once we got to the shop & the driver wanted $130. WHAT?? I got a quote of $95. So we got the bill down to $100. CASH. I called back to the manager & asked him what the problem was trying to charge more than what he quoted & told me that because it was a bigger truckA 3500 Dodge, yes I said it was, but I had already told him it was a1 ton truck. I really don’t understand his reasoning??? He also got rude to me because apparently I was wrong!! Really!! Well that company will never get my business along with many,many friends.

Sam is a very humble and calm guy. He helped when my car had gotten stuck in snow, I had called him for help and within 45 minutes he was there. The Towing Master company has very quick service. I definitely recommend this company for for help. There company is safety concious, very quick and friendly.

Quick and more than helpful on a hard heavy job

I had Sam tow my company moving truck twice in the past 24 hours. Both times he got the truck within an hour, knew what he was doing and had it loaded in minutes. Highly recommended.

It's better to clarify the price firstly before you get the towing service from him. On October 2nd 2018 Tuesdays night, I got a horrible experience, my car drove to the right ditch due to the slippery road condition. My friend called him for help and I waited for him 2 hours to come. As he kept saying that he was on the road and should reach me within 20 minutes, I had to call other's help because I felt freezing and found he was busy. After towing out of the ditch, I was charged double. The original towing service for one car for the same situation is $250, but it turns out that I was asked for $550. The time I tried to negotiate the price with him, he got angry and drove my car hit and back to the ditch, after paying him $500, he towed my car out of the ditch again.

Our travel trailer lost a tire, and needed to be towed to have the hub replaced. These folks respond, and I was off the Deerfoot within an hour of the incident.Fantastic service, and a reasonable price, given that it was a Sunday!
