A State of Bliss
I recently “hit the wall” after running for too long going too hard trying to finish home renovations and put my back out. Intense pain in my back, shoulders and neck! After one massage treatment, I was greatly relieved of pain and regained a lot of mobility. Sherri is a master! I highly recommend her.

A State of Bliss
I found Sherri's yoga classes very mindful. The atmosphere was calming & spiritual. I don't live in her area but I have travelled for wonderful corrective massages too. The environment at A State of Bliss is truly professional and welcoming.
