Terrible experience at this clore, was accused of stealing and when I shown proof, I was blocked from leaving the store because the old Asian woman did not believe me. She assaulted me by body checking me while holding her dog. This has not happen to me only, please do not shop at this clore.

Always get what I am looking for. Looks like it caters to a certain customer group but I always find great products for anyone to use and benefit from. Very competitive prices on good quality products.

Mediocre store, convenient hours. I suggest checking their online website to see if what you need is in stock. Staff follows you around almost the entire time (without even talking to you!!). Cashiers are unwelcoming. I've been here a few times. Once, I came in looking for black 1B 24-inch soft locs. However, they only had the 36inch+ and brightly colored (brown, purple, blonde). Ignoring the bad customer service, many other times, I've gotten the 1B hair I needed, extensions and tools here such as combs, conditioners, clips, lip gloss, hair beads, and elastics. Today, I went in to look for twists and spent 10 minutes searching before finding it tucked away BEHIND another stand. Aisles could be a bit bigger, but understandable with the stock.

My brother went to this store to pick up Castor Oil for me. He sent me a picture and the price was listed as 8.99. The cashier charged my brother 13.55 for this item. Prices should be honoured as advertised.

I finally got my hands on some rosemary oil infused with biotin oil for my hair. This store has a huge collection of items and a friendly staff to help out at all times!

I've been here twice because my usual hair store is quite a commute. The first visit was alright no one helps but they follow you around the store. Next visit I went with a friend, the following started again and my friend was ready to drop everything and leave. Then I couldn't find a specific hair brand and asked a worker near by about it and she proceeds to tell me the hair doesn't come in black rather than saying they're out of stock cuz I bought the hair during my last visit. So obviously she has no product knowledge or she was in a mood. So after those encounters I won't be coming back here.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this shop. The customer service was terrible, with one employee giving me permission to try on a wig, only to be reprimanded by another employee when I did. When I politely asked for assistance, the employee was incredibly rude and blamed me of being rude. Overall, I do not recommend this shop and will never be returning.

Misleading service. I spent $180 on hair extensions. I asked the lady to help me find extensions that would reach near my hip. The colour matched correctly and it looked long. I inquired about return policy on which the cashier and lady helping me both said 30 days return. I went home, opened one hair piece only to find out it was the same length as my current hair. I went back the very next day and was refused a return because the last clip was open. They let women try on wigs, they should have sample pieces for clip in sizes in the store or just be say we have a no return policy right from the beginning. Not impressed at all. Go to Amazon or any other place.

The girl with the hijab helped me out! I found just what I was looking for with her help. prices in the store are a bit higher but understandable. Overall has a good experience and will be coming back.

The cashier (specifically Tall black guy) is extremely unprofessional, creepy and rude. He mistreats customer and gives a narcissistic vibes. He is lazy and makes customer do his job that he is supposed to be handling as a cashier. Save your time and do not go here. Never have been this disappointment with such poor customer service!!!!!
