Very nice staff everybody's caring and compassion for you and the animal in my case my dog who would have been 23 years old October they treated him so well they greeted you they were very nice and I found their pricing was really good they didn't overcharge

I walked in, ready to put my cat down. They gave me reasonable options at great price.I brought Gary home today, happy and healthy.I am so grateful for all their great work.Gary has been putting and rubbing non stop!So grateful!

Horrible experience when I brought my cat there for an emergency. They kept my cat overnight and told me she no longer had symptoms and she was ok. I was told I could go pick her up. When I arrived, I had to wait hours and no one would tell me where she was. I was so worried and cannot believe the service can ever be so horrible.I was told she no longer had symptoms and when I got home she was the same but I went to my regular vet. I would never trust this place.I also have pet insurance so I gave them the form to fill out for that. I lost count of how many calls I had to make, how many times I had to show up and the form got lost in the paperwork.Just a disorganized place with inconsiderate employees. I hear horror stories where pets lost their lives so I count myself lucky that at least I got my cat back and she’s ok now. Avoir at all costs.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Wonderful staff. Dr. Has a heart.

I came home from work last night to a painful kitty Pablo with a very bad scratch and ulcer on his eye. I imagine he got into a bit of a scrap with my other cat.No local veterinarians are taking new patients and my regular vet was fully booked. Eye issues should never wait so I called Veterinary Hospital Suroit and they booked me in within two hours.This is a beautiful and large facility.The wait was not overly long for an emerg. clinic and once the vet saw us the diagnosis and treatment prescription was quick. Very professional and caring and the vet explained everything very well!The pricing was fair and we were very happy with our experience!Thank you so much :)

Very slow service but they saved my cats life so I cant complain. Im convinced he would not be alive in another clinic, they went above and beyond.
