Unfortunately my visit was not good. Although smoothies are usually good, the customer service needs work. Most employees are rude and will never let people use coupons, or SPC cards as well as deals for GoodLife members, as they advertise. I used to be an avid visitor to this location, but now I will be looking elsewhere as this location is very subpar with their service.

The best Booster Juice spot is Harwood Ave. That's my place. Fresh, cool and tasty smoothies. Also the plant based wrap and panini is AMAZING.

Didn't get what I ordered... I got something completely different this is called the matcha monsoon which I clearly ordered a mind over matcha which is on the order receipt no funtion to correct the order or refund thats a rip off... the sticker is covered and it's all soggy not mixed well.. very unsatisfied with the order...

Gave it a 2 star only because I’ve been to this location years ago and the drinks were great. Went there today @ 6:35pm. Was looking at the menu & noticed that the drink I always order (at another location) was not there. So upon me scanning the menu, the individual sighed, rolled her eyes, and said “here” while putting a menu in my face. I looked, not that I had much choice, and asked if the menu had changed. She replied “yea”. After tapping her pen for 40 seconds … she then said to me “let me know when you’re ready to order”, and walked away out of sight… so I walked out. Customer service is everything& today my visit was a total turn off. I’ll stick to my other location.

Recently visited this Booster Juice location and received exceptional customer service & delicious smoothies. I had my two small children with me and the Manager (owner) went above and beyond to make them feel welcome, in this strange mask-wearing time.

I come this location almost every week and they dropped the ball today. Ordered a “High Impact Acai” smoothie at approximately 7:30pm Saturday July 16th, 2022. There were two girls working. The one wearing the white mask making the smoothie either made the High Impact using the wrong ingredients or the milk they used was sour. The drink tasted absolutely disgusting as I know what was supposed to taste like. Will be going to the Rossland location in Ajax going forward.

I love this place. Drinks are made to perfection. If there's 1 thing i dont like it's the prices, but hey it's not my store. FYI full size drink costs $9 or more! Staff is friendly and informative especially when they're not too busy.
