Dominique Dyon was AWESOME!!!! As this is my first time flying to the US, and during Covid, Dominique made the entire process super easy. We took our children to their first time to Hawaii. Dilnavaz recommended The Hyatt Place at Waikiki beach. The hotel was great, it included breakfast and the rooms were spacious. We had a really good time. So glad that I didn’t have to do all the research myself and left it up to Dilnavaz to figure it all out for me. It was such a huge relief and sense of security knowing that all our requests were being taken care of. Thank you staff at flight centre.

Didac is the best travel agent we have ever dealt with. He was patient with our situation and extremely helpful in getting us set up on our destinations. Thank you so much!!!

Do not book with Flight Centre I have booked with them twice and both times ended badly. Currently I am stuck in Asia because my travel agent misclicked when booking our flights and booked us a return 10 days after we requested, and when I called to ask to get this changed we were told it was not possible and that I would have to pay a change fee (which was $3000) which is not possible for us. Also the lady we talked to on the phone had a terrible attitude and was not understanding at all and was snapping at me the whole time. Just an over all a terrible experience. And not to add, the last time we booked with them we were traveling to Africa and we’re not told we needed to bring the long form copy of our birth certificates so after our layover in England we were not allowed to board our plane to South Africa and we had to PAY to stay in England for a week while we waited to go to the embassy. Just horrible. AND also when we were booking our trip to Asia our travel agent went on vacation the day before we were booking, so we had to switch travel agents last minute. Do not recommend at all, I will be booking my flights on my own from this point on. Don’t book with them if ur hoping for a stress free travel because I can guarantee something will go wrong one way or another.

Have used Flight Centre for many years. Shane at the 4th Avenue location was great, and we had another worry free ticket purchase. Love that he double-checked things like spelling of names on passports and covid travel requirements for the country being traveled to.

I dealt with a staff member named Kyle. Worst experience ever. The customer service was terrible. Bad attitude from this guy too. He might be out of Calgary. I would steer clear from flight centre.

I’ve inquired for a vacation with an agent named Didac. Was sent some choices for packages but when reached out to again about another option, never heard from him.I don’t know how comfortable can you be with an agency who seemed to just ghost you. I would’ve loved to be transferred to another agent if he was quite busy. He was quick to send those initial package options and making sure I click on his links(probably for comission?) if I do buy, but when they did not suffice and asked for another option-gone.First and very last experience with this agency.

Booked from this location twice. Second time did not go as smooth as expected. Our travel agent Nicki was unprepared and barely provided us any expertise or information on our trip booked. Will not return to this location for future travel planning.
