Killer's Cove Boat Rentals
We rented a double kayak from here just this past weekend- early October. It was the end of the season / low season, so they have better pricing. The guy said they aren't always open, as they are starting to put away some of their boats, but we were lucky to catch them.It was an easy process to rent and we had an excellent time paddling on the lake and river. The lake can get choppy and windy, but they shared with us how to stay safe. We aren't super strong kayakers, but felt confident out there. The river is much calmer and we saw a bald eagle and otter. It was a fun two-hour activity!

I was nervous to go here because of the reviews. We booked our reservations online. My family and I had such a great experience here. Staff are super friendly and hilarious! The 12 seater pontoon was beautiful. Overall experience was great. Definitely recommend going here.

Killer's Cove Boat Rentals
The rental experience was great. Booking online was smooth. Steve helped us over the phone and in-person when we were getting delayed a little bit. Kim who got the kayaks and safety equipment ready for us was attentive, polite and well informed. The staff was professional. We were scared at first with the bad reviews online but we have nothing bad to say about the quality of boats or the service. Will use again and highly recommend to friends and family.

Great experience love the boats. Service in person was great. But online service needs to improve. Has to be easier to book a boat. Also need to work on cancellation fees a they charge u 50% if u wanna cancel 48hours in advance. Also $50 to make changes to reservation. But all in all was a pretty good experience. Thanks to Steve who was wonderful.

Can’t give less than one star for a review. They are a worst kind of thieving and conniving people in Harrison hot springs. Stay away from them and do not get robbed. Even when their boat won’t work they will not accept that it is not working and try to wiesel out of any responsibility. They will gladly take your money and not provide service.Stay away from them and you will enjoy your time at Harrison hot springs.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative feedbacks as the experience from my partner and I were very different from these reviews.We didn’t have any reservations as we decided to change our plans last minute. We were greeted by very friendly staff who was not only patient with our questions but was also very friendly and humorous. He took us to the dock and cleaned the boat of our choice by hand while kneeling on his knee. He then ensured everything is explained well and made sure we have no questions or concerns before sending us off into the waters.

They are the only rental company in Harrison Springs. I believe it is a family owned business. It seems that the entire family is running it. Having said that, I think they should try to employ more staff. I expected it to be busy but the wait time was way longer than expected. I believe they can be more organized as well.They are always out of power boats so make sure you reserve.We ended up with a non power boat. It was okay, tiring paddling but I had fun considering it was the last resort to have fun in the water. The staff do try their best and were helpful.

Killer's Cove Boat Rentals
Had a great experience with Killer’s cove, staff were super friendly, accommodating and patient even though the rest of our party was late and we ended up switching boats after we arrived for a bigger one. Boat rentals are a bit pricey but it’s to be expected in a resort area! If ever in Harrison again will definitely get another boat!
