I went in here for the first time today. Long scraggly hair and Miranda was at the front and was my stylist. I told her she could do what ever she wanted to do with my hair. She treated amazing and gave me a very nice style!!! I feel 10 years younger. Thankyou Miranda.The salon is beautiful and a very nice atmosphere!

I've been a client of Scott's for almost 15 years now and I've never once gotten a haircut I didn't absolutely love. Everyone on the team at Ruckle is friendly and puts the extra effort into making you feel not only welcome in the salon but like a part of a little community while you're there. The salon is always clean and bright and looks modern and beautiful. I've recommended the stylists here to countless people, as I frequently change my hairstyle and every time I do someone asks me who gave me such a great cut. Go see anyone at Ruckle and you'll come out feeling like a million bucks, guaranteed.

This is a review not for my hair cut but for the situation I was put in by another customer and member of staff. Maddy is the most lovely girl and I always enjoy a little catch up with her! this review is not for you. Today I was re-telling my story of my fathers passing away this year, we were suddenly interrupted by a member of staff (male with glasses) who says his client has asked me to place my mask on my face properly". The client who I will call Karen is sitting more than 5 feet from me and is in no in danger as she herself has a double face mask on. Is this really the world we live in? Im sorry my face mask slipped from my nose as I was trying to have a conversation with someone other than my 3 children who I always look after. As I reflect on this I have decided I will not be returning to your salon if this is how customers are treated. Thank you Maddy for making the situation better for me after this incident. I felt your compassion when you turned my chair away from the direction of the other client."

Best hair salon in Sarnia! Ruckle Hair Concepts is the only hair salon my wife, daughter and I go to. Their team of stylists are amazing and are always up on the latest hair styling trends. The service is outstanding and you can be confident you will always leave looking great!

Maddie did an absolutely incredible job on my hair. It was my first time getting any colouring done and she was helpful and knowledgeable! I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality cut/ colour. Love my new hair!

I had a great experience with Miranda! She is so passionate about hair. You can tell she is very detail oriented and hard working. She is a very kind and pleasant person. She did an excellent job on my highlights- as I was saying before, you can tell she pays attention to small details and has an eye for what will look good on you. Very inviting environment as well. Long-time customerof Ashley's, who is nothing short of a hair genius for me. I have naturally curly hair and I use very gentle conditioner. That's it. Ashley dry cuts my hair to work with the curls. I love her results and the way she accommodates my no-shampoo/no styling wishes. My family and I highly recommend Ruckle Hair Concepts!
