Clean floor. Waiting area with chairs provided. Pretty busy, the waiting time is long. The receptionists are basically friendly. The employees are very nice and friendly. Free parking lot available in the front. Couple shopping options and dinning options are nearby. Skytrain station is in short walking distance.

I dropped off my sample there, the nurse at the front desk seemed like she doesn’t want to talk to any one and get whatever you are talking about over with. I said I wanted to drop of my sample, and she was like okay you can go now, tossing it to the side immediately. So I had full confidence that everything was good and I would wait for my own doctor to call me back.Turns out, they threw away my sample because it wasn’t labeled ! I included everything from the diagnosis paper, to my own sample labels in the bag that my doctor provided me, the nurse could have just put the label on herself. But they just threw away my sample and destroyed them ??? If this was a life threatening case this would have taken longer than needed because of the staff’s carelessness and unwillingness to care for patients.I don’t know what protocols that states that the nurse cannot put the labels on herself, or even call the clinic back to see which client it belongs to (because Lifelabs called my doctor and told them that they destroyed my samples, but they couldn’t have called them to ask which patient it was and looked in the bag where all the labels are?) but this type of unprofessionalism is extremely bizarre and I will do everyone a favor there and not come back. Since it def seems like I’m not the first unhappy visitor.

Had blood drawn and an ECG, staff have always been friendly to me here and I've been here many times over the past few years. I showed up late to my appointment (MY FAULT) and was brought in almost right away.My nurse was warm and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable during my ECG. I'm sad to see all of the negative reviews here as everyone is short staffed and if anyone is short with you, it's usually because they have been abused all day and are short staffed and doing their best. This is a very busy location. People need to have some compassion and understanding for the demand which has been put on the health sector during a difficult time.

Completely agree with others that THEY DONT VALUE OTHERS PEOPLE TIME!I’ve been here three times now within 2 months, each time I had appointments booked. Two times I still need to wait for more than half an hour for a blood test; one time, they temporarily closed without canceling our appointment or notifying us…! That was unbelievable.Front desk was very rude, impatient and lack of knowledge.

A super unprofessional place. I made an appointment on Saturday, but when I was there, there was a notice on the door that we are closed due to bad whether conditions". I also went through a rough road and took two buses to went there and I even made the appointment in the morning on the same day. My appointment was at 1.25pm

Needs a whole overhaul. They taped a paper over their wait time screen so patients can't see how far behind they are. Can't seem to follow the appointment order either. No organization, poor communication, left with a line up of people out the door and down the plaza. Go to literally any other LifeLabs this one is awful.

Completely unprofessional. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Finally frustrated I walked over to reception and asked what was going on. The woman who registered me never actually put me in the computer! I waited all that time for nothing.Then they promised they could get my blood checked in 5 minutes as I was running late for a meeting. I sat in the back for 5 minutes without a single nurse even looking at me let alone talking to me.I just walked out the door and will never come back here.

Every visit to this location I have waited at least 35 - 45 minutes. Never has my wait time been less the 30 mins.What a joke.I gave this 1 star only because they don't alloq no stars.

I have been going to this location for about a decade, i have now been told that i cannot use the services here without and appointment, 8 in the morning, waiting area 3 people. when did they become booking only? doesnt say this on the website as far as i can find. unable to book an appointment while im physically there. i have to go back home and go online to do this.
