Don’t consider working with this company! They genuinely do not care about difficulties you might be experiencing, even in the situations when it clearly harmful to your health and harming your children. For over a week it’s impossible to sleep in our home, it sounds like you are next to the jet engine. Alpha Omega have done nothing to resolve the problem. Outrageous!

I have been using this property management company for approximately 11years. I'm extremely happy with all the services they providing for me.I could not own my rental property in Barrie with out them. They are absolutely excellent at what they are doing. I trust them and they have been reliable, they provide tenants for my condo, deal with any issues that occur, collect and clear cheques and deal with any legal issues. I leave 200km away from my rental property. I would recommend this company to anyone! 100% plus satisfaction!

Worst property management company EVER!!! They do the bare minimum for the tenants and are extremely incompetent when it comes to managing properties.. the owner is extremely unprofessional and gives no care when it comes to the reputation of his own company and how his behaviour makes it look.. would NEVER recommend to anyone! I would give a 0 star rating if I could...

If i could give a zero star rating i would the man behind this company is very incompetent. When faced with issues he will laugh in your face and tell you that you are the problem. One of the worst property management companies i have ever encountered. DO NOT RENT OR HAVE THEM MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY EVER.
