My mother, who is 87 and my Dad who was 89, are having a terrible experience with Sleep Country at Champlain Street store in Dieppe, NB. They purchased a mattress set and there were lumps in the middle of the mattress. My dear mother was told to flip the mattress and maybe that would help. When that didn’t help she was ask to submit pictures of the mattress. She did that to the best of her ability and sent the picture in and they still refused to change the lumpy mattress. This back and forth has been going on for over a year now. My parents are not complainer and are really sweet people but just want to sleep in comfort. I find it very sad that in the final years of my parents life (my dad just has just passed) they have to sleep in discomfort. The last thing they ever wanted to do was go through an ordeal over a mattress. Can someone help please?I thought when I suggested Sleep Country they would be in good hands.

Very friendly staff. No comparison with other brands…these are the best mattresses I’ve ever had.I’ve been a loyal customer for 13+ years and never had a bad experience! Very satisfied with my most recent purchase…..zzzzz!!!!!

The mattress I originally bought was not firm enough and it was sagging enough to make it a warranty issue. I tried testing different options at a sleep country store and found a firmer mattress that suited my needs. I'm satisfied with my new to me mattress as it was a exchange from another client. I feel that this mattress will be comfortable for many years.

We bought our new mattress at Sleep Country in Moncton NB. From the time we went in the door, we felt well taken care of. The gentleman who worked with us was exceptional. After a few questions he knew exactly the mattresses we should try out and we chose the one we liked best.Now that we have our mattress we love it. No more aching back or hips and no more shaking when the other person turns over in the bed. Thank you Sleep Country and staff!

We had great customer service. Original bed chosen was too firm. Returned to the store and our salesman Sabastian, helped us select another mattress more suitable to our needs and promptly arranged to have the firm mattress removed and the new mattress delivered. unfortunately the new mattress was damaged upon delivery, we again returned to the store and Sabastian contacted customer service and arranged a replacement. We received nothing but great service from all involved.

My 87 year old mother-in-law had a horrible experience with this store and product. Has reached out to the store and corporate office multiple times with no results.Sleep country will ask to “send an email to our customer service department” in their reply to this review and they will do nothing to solve problem.Buy your mattress from anyone but #sleepcountry.

Love sleep country!! I just purchased my second bed from them. My only complaint is floor staff seemed very flustered and didn’t thoroughly explain delivery procedures…. I was told I could go to the warehouse the following day to pick up the mattress. I arranged a truck and was on my way there when I got a phone call and was told I was not allowed to pick up. I was also told that they would take my old bed for a 15.00 fee but when the delivery driver arrived they wouldn’t take the bed due to a stain…. In order to be refunded I need to go into the store. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase but the service was only 3 stars

Bestest store to buy mattress in Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview area. We got our first mattress as a student from Sleep Country. Bestest price with best customer service. The guy Mike is really understandable and helpful to buy mattress. Just say Hi if you see Mike in any of the store.

The service that we received was excellent. The employee that served us was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend people to go to this store.

Great selection and service, But we bought a King was sent home with a Queen mattress protector. And, surprise, found out our split box spring is 2 items, so added haul away $. AND had to correct the delivery as we would have received one half split box spring to go with a king mattress and that wouldn't have worked. Lotsa fun purchasing but we shouldn't be correcting lading bills.
