Lorne is a great personal trainer. I have been training with him for over 4 months now and I have seen amazing results. The training space is very welcoming, with a wide range of equipment. He is polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Lorne to anyone looking to up their strength/fitness level!

I've worked with a handful of personal trainers before but Lorne is the best by far. He is very professional and tailors everything to my specific needs, abilities and what I enjoy to do in the gym.Communication is amazing with Lorne, I always feel like I can reach out if I have any questions on my food or workouts I do on my own.As a woman I feel very comfortable in the private gym that Lorne has (there is no creeps two machines down from you). Working with Lorne has built up my confidence in using different equipment and in my actual workouts.My knee was a bit bummed when I started with Lorne and he has been very diligent on getting me to do some rehab style workouts to strengthen my knee while not injuring it. I've seen major improvement in my knee and overall strength.Thank you for all you've done and continue to do Lorne, you are an amazing person to work with!

I typically don't review things but with Lorne's Fitness Training it's a must. I would highly recommend Lorne to anyone and everyone. Not only does he provide excellent training in his gym, (that has met me where I am at in my fitness) he has also provided me with consistent support outside of the gym by helping me stay accountable to my goals. Lorne has been a huge part in my preparations for my extended round the world trip on my motorbike! Spending months with him training is going to help me be strong and fit for this new lifestyle. He listened to my goals and concerns and has done a fantastic job of addressing them! He is very personable and I have always felt safe with his training style. He will challenge you but not break you. Don't waste another day trying to decide. Go and meet him and see what he has to offer, you won't be disappointed!

Outstanding personal trainer and motivator. Goes above and beyond to help you meet your fitness/health goals.I came to Lorne after years of struggling to fix my own body after several injuries. Specifically my shoulder and hip.Within a month I was already starting to feel like my old self. Months later I’m stronger than ever and steadily gaining.To top it all off, he is very well connected in the community and knows a lot of great people. Some of whom are also in the health and wellness industry and he kindly pointed me in their direction. I really owe a large portion of my recovery to Lorne. He is a boss and he knows what you need, give him a call! 10/10 recommend!

I wouldn't be able to say everything in a short review; just too many great things! To narrow down, Lorne takes the time to create an individualized program specific to his clients' needs. He quickly discerns what you need to get the results you want. He uses a holistic approach, not only considering what you're taking out at the gym, but also what you're putting in, which makes for a well-balanced system. Finally, with his genuine and charismatic attitude, he can easily blend challenge with fun. I always enjoy every session! So glad I found such a great trainer!

Lorne did an excellent job at safely ramping up the intensity to find where our fitness level limits were at.Always provided challenging workouts, was very flexible with sessions and when our schedules changed. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and always created a supportive and fun environment for our fitness goals.

After languishing at the gym for decades (I’m almost 49 years old) and seeing little to no results in terms of muscle gain or weight loss, I took the big step and hired a personal trainer. Lorne has turned out to be the single most significant factor in putting me onto a new and improved fitness track.As a personal trainer, Lorne has what I personally was looking for in a trainer: (1) experience and knowledge, (2) motivational, and (3) customization. He backs up his one-on-one training with the reasons why he gets you to do certain things. He supports and maintains the momentum necessary in undergoing personal training—let’s face it, it can be quite tough at times, but it’s a good kind of tough. (He hasn't barked or yelled at me yet, LOL!) And, he provides a broad but personalized workout routine that’s geared toward full-body strength training.But he also ensures that other important factors are addressed: diet, water intake, sleep, daily movement, reduction of alcohol, post-training stretching, and so forth. Added to this, Lorne adds on a few extra types of routine that are geared toward the client and their day job. For example, I sit at a desk for my day job, so Lorne’s incorporated certain exercises and stretches that mitigate desk-sitting neck strains.I find Lorne to be incredibly personable and good-humored, and any anxiety or nervousness about developing a workout routine quickly disappeared. He cares about each one of his clients, and regularly checks in after or before the next week’s workouts. Finally, as an aside, his gym is incredibly well-equipped, clean, and an excellent workout environment.In a short period of time, I’ve already seen results, both physically and mentally, in undertaking personal training from Lorne. You cannot get a better bang for the buck with Lorne. I would not hesitate recommending Lorne as a personal trainer, no matter your age, fitness level, or personal goals.
