We appreciate all of their help this week! The staff helped us to pick specific size boxes for our move and recommended the box tape, which is awesome. We had to return one box because we estimated a size wrong and they worked with us to trade it for other sizes. They went above and beyond to find us a very small box for a special item. Excellent, friendly service, great quality boxes, and reasonable prices! I recommend you go here for your moving supplies.

Tammy is brilliant, a nice beautiful refuge in a world where customer service is going to hell everywhere. I got screwed by the main uhaul dispatch. Tammy went out of her way to help in anyway she could, even though my reservations got sent to other places on the island.

Best Uhaul location I have ever dealt with. Managers at this location truly care about the customers and make sure that the contracts are proper and customers are paying the price they booked at, not more. After bad experiences at other locations, Nanaimo Mini Storage has always helped me make things proper.

Moving is never fun especially when dealing with the ferries but after some difficulties on moving day with our UHaul Tammy was amazing and really helped us out! Additionally we got an easy to access storage unit here so it was easy to drop off everything then park the truck and drop off keys. Thanks again to the staff at Nanaimo Mini Storage.

We’ve stored our trailer here for several years and have never had any pest or security problems. Also the owners have been very friendly and helpful, even lending us their air compressor to fill our RV tires, keeping us safe on the Malahat! Best storage in Nanaimo!

Great place overall. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Storage lockers are clean . Lots of different sizes of lockers. Drive up access. 24 hour access which is so much better for my schedule! I have returned multiple times and never a bad experience. Prices are average for storage lockers these days. They also have uhaul trucks for rent snd moving supplies can be purchased in the mail office.
