Well respected business in the High Park Community! Macklem’s came highly recommended by people in my community. We purchased our baby furniture, stroller and essentials from this baby store. The experience was stellar! This is why people support this business; they truly care about providing their customers with the best experience possible. Oh and they are knowledgeable! Went to a few other places just to look around and the service was horrible. Macklem’s really stands out from the rest, a business I will continue to support. Thanks to all of you who made our experience fantastic.

Over all experience was very good. I found they had more strollers on display than other places I went to. The people working there were really nice and knowledgeable, too. Certainly better than all the other places I went to. Nobody likes high pressured sales people- Macklems wasn’t. They didn’t put any pressure on me at all. Makes me feel more comfortable spending money at a place like this because You don’t have to worry about them going anywhere. This place has been around for a long time, you can tell there is money behind this business they don’t pushy you to buy right away

Found Macklem’s through googling. Glad I did! A lot of products in store, service was impressive. Everything I was looking for was available and IN STOCK. We took home a stroller, car seat and a huge bag of filled with must needed essentials. Massive relief to get the important stuff before the baby comes. Not having to wait for anything helped calm my nerves. Now I’m just waiting for my due date.

Macklem's is a must-visit for new parents! I recently visited the store to buy a Silver Cross Reef stroller and was so impressed with the selection and helpfulness of the staff. The store has been around since 1945, so you know they have plenty of experience in helping parents find the right products for their babies. They had a great selection of strollers, car seats, cribs, and other baby gear from top brands like Silver Cross. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and gave me great advice on what would be best for my needs. I'm so glad I chose Macklem's to purchase my stroller - it was definitely worth it! Highly recommend this store if you're looking for quality baby products

Loveddd it here! Got our first baby car seat today & Jennifer along with the staff were very attentive and helpful. They did an entire demonstration & showed us all the details. Although we did not make a final decision on a stroller we’ll be back for sure!! We want to thanks everyone for helping us today! Felt a lot more comfortable compared to other stores we went to already! :)

ervice was great, the saleswoman who served us was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Most importantly, she was really patient. She gave us heaps of time when we asked to play around with the strollers, which made us really confident in our purchase. Having been a salesperson at previous jobs, I know the value of not pressuring the customer and simply giving them information, so they can take ownership of their decision. Happy to of given Macklem’s the business.

My wife is pregnant with twins. Moving around for her is difficult and tiring. Went to this place to shop for double strollers and baby essentials. The blond lady who served us, her name is Jennyfer recognized my wife was getting tired of standing. She went get her a chair and a bottle of water. She Let my wife sit down and rest while she demonstrated and explained double stroller options. A beautiful baby store with genuinely caring considerate staff. We are so happy with this baby store. Just wow!

A pillar in the high park community and an absolute gem. We were here during the weekend, it was very busy, but we still given top notch service. The staff were friendly & well educated when it came to product knowledge. This is the baby store we are going to start our registers at.

The absolute best baby store to register at! On the hunt today for the best bay store to shop at and register with, Macklems was our second place to go, based on proximity to our home. Most informative out of all the other places. Very generous registry perks, too!
