Our furnace stopped working and we needed to get it fixed quick due to the cold weather. I called and he arrived at our house within 15min diagnosed the problem quickly and went to go get a part for us. Within an hour he was back with the part and fixed our furnace quickly and efficiently. Very reasonably priced and got the job done. Would definitely be back for any other repairs we ever may need.

We came home to a cold house on Sat at about 415 pm. The 1st company was booked until Thurs. We called MWK who came within 10 minutes and had the heat on within 1/2 hour. We are very grateful and still talk about how Michael came so fast and we learned so much from him. He is friendly plus he only charged for the service call. When it's time for a new one we will call him.

Had issues with my furnace at 11pm just before Christmas. Mike tried to help me over the phone, when I couldn't fix it myself he was there within half an hour. Great service, shows clearly that he knows what he is doing. Would highly recommend to anyone in need!

We waited 24 hours and no one came to help us get your furnace on Michael showed up on New Year’s Eve got it running in 4 mins he wasn’t lying when he said he’s the best in the business 5 starts isn’t enough for this man! Thanks for keeping my family warm and have a happy new years.

Had our furnace kick the bucket overnight without knowing, called this gentleman the next day and within an hour had it diagnosed and shortly after fixed.We've never had such an amazing experience with any other company in the past so much so that we will never call anyone else other than him.10/10 This gentleman went above and beyond what I was expecting, again I am beyond happy with this and would highly recommend to anyone in need.

Excellent service! Called at 10:30 on a friday evening because furnace had died. Owner was at the house within 20 minutes, had it fixed, provided me with an additional part (fuse) and had the furnace running and house warming up within 20 minutes. Thank you so much! (it was very cold tonight too -27). So grateful I didn't have to go the night without heat!

Great service from Mike. I have an old furnace and he did not try to sell me a new one. He identified the problem quickly and repaired it quickly - all while taking the time to educate me on how to fix it should it happen again in the future - so that I could save myself a couple of bucks. I appreciated that! Speaks to his customer service and experience! Integrity in business is hard to find these days.
