My Zelda was having some trouble with her teeth. I didn’t realize it at first, but then when I came home from vacation, she had lost one of her canines (funny enough). I brought her in and got her checked out by the vet who was in the following day and she needed surgery on her mouth to get some teeth pulled. They made sure I knew they would contact me if the charges were going to change and did manage to make the estimate accurate! It’s been a couple weeks now and my baby is back to her loving, beautiful self. Even more cuddly than before!

I was not happy with Dr Sewell. In my opinion he was more concerned with his ego, his family's roots in the town, and with flirting, than the well-being of my cats, which he deemed to be a sort of game. I also felt he was scrabbling for the correct course of action, either that or milking me for cash by giving unnecessary treatments. I didn't feel he was knowledgeable or trustworthy, also I ordered lab testing and the results took 10 days having been sent to Edmonton. My cat could have died in the meantime. Please go to North Peace vet instead where they are professional and have an in-house lab. Nothing against the front desk staff at Rivers, who were excellent.

I am so unbelievably happy with this veterinarian and clinic!! I cannot praise them enough for what they have done for my beloved dog.... She has been so sick and in terrible pain for months..On Monday I brought her to Rivers to have surgery. Well..it went very very well and Literally the next morning the twinkle was back in her eyes and she was back to the same playful pooch she was 2 months ago! She still needs to recover but she is acting like the surgery never happened..its amazing! I am so grateful for the wonderful people that saved my best friends life! This is our new clinic for all of our animals and I will highly recommend it to anyone that doesn't already have a great vet!

Great staff, great vet. I know my dogs are going to be well cared for when I bring them in. I love that Dr. Justin is very honest in his findings and opinions of the next steps to take. He doesn't beat around the bush, he isn't pushy on treatments or trying to upsell the visit. They are affordable, honest, and fun staff.

They took good care of my dog, and were kind and compassionate when my dog passed away. I really appreciated the thoughtful beautiful card they sent. I believe they care about animals, and I will continue to use this clinic for my current and future pets. They don't gouge on dental, and are very reasonably priced.

My two senior dachshunds went to Rivers for dental cleaning and extractions. The staff treated us with nothing but professionalism and kindness. Special thanks to Kiera and Hailey. They called to follow up on how Smokey and Zoë were doing couple days after the surgery. Also their price is very reasonable. Highly recommend if anyone’s looking for a good veterinary clinic.

We live 4 hours away and they squeezed us in on an emergency. They were so great and patient with my little dog who was very nervous and by the end my pup didn't want to leave and her tail was wagging!The staff was great and answered all of my questions and are going above and beyond by sending away results to a specialist to make sure everything is A-OK with my girl.

I’ve been going to this clinic for years. It is clean and the staff are helpful. I appreciate the vet’s honesty at the clinic as opposed to simply recommending a medication.

Amazing fast service.Although I prefer the female vet.The male seems very standoffish and found him to be quite rude. He also wouldn't give a straight answer and I had to call back and speak to the other vet to understand what was wrong with mu pup
