I was a dealer selling Dragon products for at least 7 years. Last one I sold was a trike that broke its rear axle within 2 months of being new and Dragon would not come clean for it. I called for 8 weeks and they wouldn't even answer my calls. I highly do not recommend.

All this money and they can’t hold together, bolts and screws coming loose. Peddles coming off, handle bars, bring the bike in and it takes 3 weeks. Still have the same issues now.

I keep trying to get a local phone number but no luck! I have tried going to the Gottingen Street, Halifax, location when the website says they are open.... no luck! Can someone help me get a local phone number and update the days and times they are ACTUALLY open.So far I am not impressed so 1star rating. Would be zero if I could. I will re-review IF I EVER GET RESULTS!!!

Mismanaged. There’s an article in the paper today describing how they retained a $5000 deposit over many months and refused to pay it back, even when faced with a small claims court judgement against them.

This company I would like to thank for their poor service couldn't even give me a call back on a issue I has. But that's fine glad it worked out that way because I will absolutely refuse to deal with any bike dealer in novascoita. I found the perfect shop very professional very helpful so much so . I chose not to get my problems fixed iam just out right going to buy a new bike out of Quebec and will highly recommend nobody waste their time with dragon ebikes your a disgrace and a joke

A made in China everything. Ebikes, Scooters, Mobility Scooters and EMotorcycles. Looks very temporary or like it may not be there tomorrow? Prices were definitely asking top dollar for no name products.

My wife initially enjoyed her battery powered scooter,it has been a short time, that we have it, never did receive the trunk. Both pedals broke off, now there is no power anywhere the batteries are charged but there’s no power. It just died when she was using it I can’t get a hold of anybody no one will answer calls, not impressed!

Scammers & liars. Do not shop here !! They buy broken bike at auctions and sell bikes that are discontinued or have been shut down so if you wanted to get it fixed you can’t because the company has been shut down due to “copying” other companies bikes. Know of 3 other people to get burned by this so called buisness.
