Amazing place for capoeira training. We looked for a Mississauga martial arts facility in order to introduce our 5 year old to martial arts and we’re so glad we found Zero Gravity. Our son loves coming here and looks forward to seeing Mike and Emily each week, which speaks volumes. The lessons offer discipline, fun and variety each time. Mike and Emily are great with kids and provide individual attention in order to promote growth. Highly suggest to anyone looking for introduction to capoeira or martial arts in general.

The best! Everyone is super friendly, there is definitely a community built around this place.Both kids and adults enjoy Capoeira, everyone is welcome. Anyone looking to sign their kids up for martial arts, definitely give Capoeira and Z GRVTY a try.

Such an amazing and friendly environment! Axé is super welcoming to everyone and anyone; no matter age or experience! Totally beginner-friendly. Not only are the instructors incredibly helpful, but the community and the people are so so supportive as well. Whether you like to dance, fight, play instruments or do acrobatics, the Capoiera class has something for you! My friend was TERRIFIED when I roped her into coming along with me, but when she finally came and had her first class, she would not stop talking about it afterward. I don't think that I've ever been in a class before where I've been able to improve so quickly while at the same time learning so many things. You'll never have to feel like things are going too fast for you because the staff is kind and considerate and guides you while letting you learn at your own pace. If you want a place that cares about you, and to work out while having fun then this is it! Unparalleled experience! 10/10 :)

Great place for both kids and adults!Very friendly environment. Personal attention for students of all levels.Coaches with decades of experience teach all aspects of capoeira: history, music, songs, martial art, acrobatics and Portuguese.There are also bujinkan and karate classes.Highly recommended!

A friend introduced us to Mike and Em and I enrolled my 5 yr old (at that time) daughter for Capoeira. SHE LOVED IT!!!! Mike and Emily are such nice people and great teachers. Very patient and welcoming to all. I would suggest any one with kids this is a great place for them to get some good grounding. If you are older doesnt matter still check them out. Very highly recommended.

The team at Z GRVTY is nothing short of amazing. Mike and Emily are very inclusive and welcoming. Within minutes I felt very comfortable in the environment they've created and would recommend to anyone looking for a space to better themselves.

Love this team. A variety of classes for every age group. They even have summer and March break camps. Super friendly, fun atmosphere, professional teachers and a great community. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a martial arts hub in Mississauga!

It's only been about a month and a half since we started to take our six year old daughter here for the kids capoeira class, and she is really enjoying it thus far! Mike and Emily are both excellent with children. Capoeira so far has provided a good balance between having fun and having responsibility! And our daughter is improving everyday in each way. The facility is nice and clean, and the staff is very welcoming to the kids as well as the parents! It's a fascinating martial art, much less rigid than some of the others (especially for kids). We are looking forward to continuing through the year and seeing how our little girl progresses! Thanks Mike and Emily !!
