Free Week trail. Convenience location at Edmonds street and Canda Way. You can easily locate the store when you drive on Edmonds street. Free parking one the street or at the back of the building.

clean place , nice and knowledgeable coach. the only problem I noticed is they take high number of kids in one time, and that causes kids not to concentrate and learn.hopefully they will take care of this.

Before stepping foot in this gym I felt intimidated because I've never tried Ju-jitsu or any form of martial arts. Thank goodness I got the courage to try out a class because now I'm hooked. The instructors are amazing and the owner is extremely professional, knowledgeable and he accomodates the students to their comfort levels and beyond. What I love most is the senior student's humility and willingness to share their knowledge without any egos. Such amazing people at this gym and it's nothing but good vibes every class.

My girlfriend has been training here for some time and talked me into trying a few sessions. What a mood booster it is and a great release after a sometimes stressful work day. Wish I started sooner but so glad I did. The thought of starting martial arts as a beginner can be a little daunting but it's such an inviting and supportive atmosphere here that it makes you feel blended in right away. Sensei Cesar is really committed to everyone's growth and it shows. Thank you Power3 Academy, you guys are a shining light in the community. Rock on!

I'm glad I have found this place.Believe me, I dont give 5 stars but this place deserves it.Awesome facility and atmosphere.Cesar is a passionate instructor who cares about his students unlike some other placesI hate traditional gyms but I love it here.In 45 mins, you work out hard and burn nearly 500-600 calories.As mentioned above,I am glad I have found this place. I have been waiting for it for a long time.

Always a great workout. Amazing instructors. Love it here. Wish I could come more often.Recently started coming again at least twice a week and it has made such a difference. I’ve lost weight and gained muscle and strength. The encouragement I get from Sensei Cesar and the friendly people make me want to come back every week.

This is a nice group exercise Kickboxing and Jujitsu training center for kids. Monthly fee is affordable and doesn’t pinch the pocket. Trainer is friendly yet firm and professional in the way he runs sessions. Our daughters joined the group and he made them comfortable. 1:1 fighting session can be a little hard for some delicate and soft tempered kids but the trainer is kind and nice to include everyone and keep the motivation level high. It was a good find for us to find this training center.

long overdue reviewmy whole family trains here, the owner/teacher is amazingly patient and fun with the kids classes all the while keeping the lesson structured and controlled.The adult classes are excellent. Weather you want to just get in shape or learn martial arts techniques this is the place. It's cleaned multiple times a day, the instruction is direct while staying informative and inclusive to all levels. My family never enjoyed 'the gym' until we came here. Great value, fantastic instruction and somehow everyone who trains there are the same. 5 stars

Something that stood out for me is how long and how far clients drive to come to these classes! Multiple people have been going for over 10 years and others drive from Surrey, Richmond and even Langley!! That right there showed me that this place was more than just a gym. This place motivates, inspires, and helps you become a better you. It truly has a family atmosphere and hopefully one day I can say I've been around for more than 10 years. Thank you to Sensei, his lovely wife Carol and the Power3 crew!

My children and I had attended this gym for months until I moved to another area.In short, this place is the best martial art gym I have ever experienced: Facility is clean; The instructor is professional and passionate; curriculum is systematic; other students are so kind and friendly. Of course, my children were sad to leave this place just like how I was.I am just so glad that my children and I had a great experience thanks to Power3 Academy.
