Saw a couple of movies here now and can say it's pretty good place. My kids love the indoor arcade. There's plenty of parking space outside. Staff is pleasant and prompt. Stay safe out there friends and please, be kind to one another. Enjoy your day!

The building is conveniently located in one corner of Trinity common and got plenty of parking spots. The screens and halls are pretty big.

Very terrible experience. Went to watch the little mermaid with my wife and daughter. We were not seated close to the door and during the movie we were constantly hearing music and dialogue from the movies next door. Completely ruined my daughter's first experience at the theater.

Took our niece to see the little mermaid today. There seemed to be an issue when purchasing tickets online, and it booked us for 3:40pm instead of 6:50pm. Staff were so kind and helpful. We were provided alternative seats at no additional charge and supported through the entire experience. Exceptional customer service and overall staff.

I went to watch the movie Pathan Mar 5, 2023 ( Sunday) And I was shocked to see the disorder outside the cinema. Nobody could be seeing going in and all you could see would be the 100 plus people as you can see in this picture.Please expand this picture to see how many people are actually waiting outside. I waited outside for over 10 minutes after which I thought let's open the door and go in. Even though nobody was going in. It gave the impression with the crowd that everybody was waiting to get in. This was absolutely not the case.The cinema employees are extremely negligent, poor in their outlook, and highly disorganized just willing to pick up their hourly wage and going home.Shame on you. I waited over 11 minutes outside after which I tried meeting an employee by going inside and then I saw that inside the cinema was all empty. When people have watched the cinema, they should be asked to leave the premises. A poor impression of what is actually going on.I informed the staff inside who said she was sorry. But nobody really cared. You are getting a two-star rating for your poor work and for your negligent attitude. Enjoy the rating. Enjoy the two stars and look at it until the last day of your life.

Great place awesome service. Food and snacks are fresh and amazing also the drinks are fresh. Theatre is clean and donate the washrooms. The only reason they are not getting a 5 star review is because the theatre room was freezing and the heat wasn't on. Other than that great overall experience.

Rit now, I am in auditorium 7 watching FAST X, there are notorious people inside the theatre. They are making too much noise. We are not able to watch movie peacefully.
