My flight is 1am so I didn't have any other choice. Here, front E77 gate was my only optionbut I felt discrimination by the man in this picture. He should not work for customer service. One lady said that I could pay on him, but he refused it without any resonable excuse, though she asked why he didn't. Shame on you!

Female at liquor and cigarettes counter seemed very cold and rude. Items are overpriced with no real good deals. No good collection either.

Such a scam, please stay away!!I bought a Gucci Sunglasses back in March 2023 when I travelled to Vietnam. I bought them around 11pm ish so the store is closing soon, all staff is rushing to close up the store so i didn’t have time to check out the product i bought. When I landed and give them to my dad (it was a gift for him) he noticed the glasses were defected, uneven and all scratch up. He let me know right away, at this point i already look kinda bad to him, but i still defend this company maybe the employees just didnt know. So i came back after my trip early April and tried exchange for a different pairs (still within 60 days return policy), but CBSA won’t let me pass the gate because i didn’t have boarding ticket so nothing I can’t do.On my second trip this year to the UK on late May which already passed 60 days. I brought them to Toronto duty free and they said already passed 60 days so i can bring them to Gucci and make a claim on defected product which i did, and Gucci staff told me that they wont take responsibility for this product since i got these from a third dealer, not direct from Gucci. So 3 months since I got this defected item and none of a these parties take responsible for their product. What a waste of time and i dont know what to tell me dad now. Can’t believe this company represents Toronto, Canada and sells such low quality products. What other travellers in other countries would think of us?

Not a great variety and empty shelves when I was there….and poor customer service. Wouldn’t hurt them to crack a smile.

Very limited choice, not-so-great customer service, and to top it all - errors made during billing. Please pay attention to your invoices before paying as we were charged more than once for the same item. It was only because I noticed the error after payment that we were refunded the excess amount.

Decent size but significantly overpriced.

The old white male at liquor and tobacco duty free is not only racist but extremely rude. Super racist. Way over priced! The Cadbury chocolate at Sorbeys is $4 at DF it’s $7….for the same size.

There is no smile only, the insolent attitude of command shoppers, the Asian face of the people are not friendly. People of other colors are friendly. checkout clerks are rude. No smiles and no lines. The worst place in Canada is shopping. Can your company train people to be polite to customers? It's not pleasant to be served by such a waitress. Return it directly. Please hire polite people to serve your clients.

You can get some decent prices at Dufry Duty Free in Pearson International Airport. If you do a search for Dufry Duty Free online and make your order the night before your flight you can get a 20% discount from the already good prices in Duty Free. You can then pickup your order at the Duty Free checkout register inside the terminal. You will have to input your flight information and other details on the website when making your order.
