They designed and supplied a pretty and new open kitchen for my family with the best quality cabinets, drawers, pantries, etc. I have visited many places in Burnaby, Richmond and looking for a right answer, finally got the damn amazing service at Green Castle Cabinet. Honestly, it was my second time working with these guys. First time, it was three years ago and we did not have any problem, because we bought from the store and we installed by ourselves. Second time we ordered full set of cabinets and asked them for installation. Expect William The installer" the rest of employees are so rude an acting unprofessional. They do not know how to greeting customers. They do not know anything about customer service. We paid more than 4300$ and it took more than one month that they come

It was a pleasure to work with this company. I came in for a consultation and picked out what I liked from their large selection of countertops and cabinets at their beautiful showroom. From there, they customized a design in a style that I loved. They worked tirelessly to perfect my dream kitchen and bathroom. I found their prices extremely reasonable and they were always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend Green Castle Cabinets for any renovations.

To save time, I decided to purchase two vanities from them instead of making my own. I expected a bit lower quality than home made construction. The plywood construction is strong though and they go together easily. Instructions are poorly written missing some details but it's still easy to figure out.I was short several fasteners in the package and had to go get more.The edge banding it not the same white as the side panels. It's a bit yellow, blotchy, and several of the panels were not clean (had black greasy smudges).One of my drawer faces (1 out of 9) had visible defects (the rest were good). The defect was scratches or paint marks, that show up in some lighting to make it look dull. You can physically feel it's rough too. I don't feel I was being overly picky. I took it back but they refused to replace it. Excuses included:-This is how they all are (looked around store, couldn't find any like this).-We have no stock (a lie, they had told me the day before they had several)-We can't take it back because you probably assembled it. (Other than the factory defects, it was in perfect condition)After complaining further they took two out of the warehouse and offered me one. They both had holes drilled for handles and one was an off-white different colour. I was told they are a different paint batch so they won't match and that I should just use those holes (which don't match my handles). Obviously I didn't.I also ended up taking some side panels back that were not required in my final design. 25% re-stocking is a bit steep, but whatever, I can live with that and it is in their contract when you sign the order, so I can't complain too much.There are plenty of these stores around. I won't use them on my next project though.

Green Castle is a great company to work with for kitchen design, build and installation! Their prices are competitive and they are easy to work with. I look forward to working with them on future projects!

Great customer experience! Was looking to update our kitchen cabinets and have a more functional layout and they were able to provide a quick estimate and design. We weren’t sure what we wanted to go for at first, but they were a great help with the designing process and gave us great suggestions! Communication was excellent and our cabinets were delivered on time.

The sales personnel there is super helpful and they know everything about their products. They were right there when we had questions and they are very friendly and helped us a lot choosing the right style for our kitchen. They have a really large selection of kitchen cabinets so it took us a while to select the ideal cabinets.

Excellent communication throughout our entire project. We really appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtful design suggestions. Very good customer service!
