Very bad serviceI just go in pump right now ( September 28,2021 at 2:35 am)I pay for regular one and I lift the nozzle and the machine stopped working after that it starts working again and when i print the receipt it show’s i payed for ultra gas and when i tried to go in pump then i found the cashier was sleeping and this happens with 2 more customers at same time but we didn’t get any any responseSuch a bad service

Im often at this location for in store purchases and enjoy the service from the staff. I like their petro points system and highly recommend it, especially if your doing lottery. The only pain is how often the place gets locked late night, bringing my service elsewhere unfortunately. They need a better system so they can be more attentive.

I purchased fuel here on May 3rd, 2016 around 6:30 PM., and as usual I prepaid at the pump. The printer malfunctioned so I went inside the store to get my receipt. The attendant was on his way out with my receipt before I even had a chance to ask for one. Impressive.Then, while I was sitting in my truck making a quick phone call he was back outside putting a new roll of paper in the failed printer. I can only assume that's what the problem was, but regardless, these are customer relations & work ethics you don't see everyday. Well done my friend.

Usually a great place to get gas, however for the last hour (since 5pm) pumps have been shut down and I have not been able to get fuel from any Petro in the area. Horrible 24hr gas service.

Guys please don't go there they are scaming people , I won 100$ on my lottery I went there and ask for the cash they took my lottery and give me a piece of paper and said they don't have cash, I went to another Gas station and show them the ticket they said it's just a piece if paper and it worth nothing ' I went back to the store and told them they said we don't have your lottery so they Literally stole my money and lottery ' the worst customer service by Akshay and his manager , for sure I will take a legal action with then now.

The gentlemen is rude and always tries to give me the wrong change. I also find I'm given a lot of attitude when handing over my petro points card. Won't be going back.

How do you feel about spending 6 cents a litre more for gas when compared to anywhere else in the area? Shocking that it's exactly the same gas you get anywhere else, just more more money for absolutely no reason. Total rip off city. Don't ever get gas there. Usually have 2 for 4 Rockstars though.

Walked in at around 12:15am. Indian guy picking his nose. Was very disgusted. Open the cooler for redbull and ofcourse they are out now of that for about 3 days straight. Not only that but the store smelled reslly bad of odour. These indians that wirk here all smell really bad!! Not good for business. Also the guy was very rude and did not thank me at all before i left. Stay away!! Pump gas or get snacks somewhere else please.

Very rude employees who interrupt you when explaining an issue with one of the pumps

My girlfriend who is a normal 26 year old women dressed casual went into this location at 2:15am Friday August 5,2016 to buy cigarettes for me and the cashier asked her if she was a working girl and if she would stay with him for a while. I called the police but apparently it's not illegal to ask if you're a prostitute or to pay for sex. So I will be calling the owner because this is a university area and we are sure this isn't the first girl this predator has asked to pay for sex. They should be more careful about the creeps they hire because this is unacceptable. The owner said he is reviewing the cameras and will be terminating the employee in question and apologised so I'm glad the owner stands behind his customers.
