Dr. Alain Wiesenthal

I have been seeing Dr Alain Wiesenthal since February 2021. His staff are wonderful! Jan at the front desk is lovely, I enjoy coming in to see her friendly face. Dr Wiesenthal is professional, to the point and gets right to work helping you. The clinic is very clean and I feel very comfortable being there in person, even during Covid times. He has done a wonderful job diagnosing me and helping get the treatment I very much need to get better.

The staff has been very helpful when my young son had urgent situations. Dr. Wiesenthal is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful and nice to my son. Dr. Wiesenthal knew how to help my son regain his hearing, and has helped improve my sons quality of life greatly.

Dr. Wiesenthal is a straight forward, no beating around the bush kind of Dr.. He was great with my son: quick & effortless examination, and my son listened to him. He was to the point, answered my questions and concerns, and I was very pleased with the service. He is an expert and has the experience needed for a fast diagnosis. I am a busy individual just as the DR.(he has many patients to tend to), and I appreciate quick and efficient service. For me praise and reviews are a derivative of respect, and accuracy/outcome. Jan, his administrator is also phenomenal- always willing to work with the patients and make it a very pleasant and easy booking experience-that is what her responsibility is. 5 stars from me because everyone is an expert on their job/duties and carried themselves in a very professional manner. This was our first appointment with Dr Wiesenthal, and we will continue dealing with him as a family.

Dr. Alain Wiesenthal is fantastic. Truly a master in his field.He is professional, courteous, and respectful. I am fortunate to be his patient - I have much respect for the breadth and depth of knowledge that he has attained, in his many years of providing care.Administrative/reception staff are welcoming and perfectly in synch with Dr. Wiesenthal, to provide prompt attention with incoming appointments.Locations are attentive of COVID protocols - little things like having a mask ready for you if you forgot yours, go a long way.Thank you!

My 5 year old daughter was referred to him after family dr wanted her tonsils looked at.He was pleasant but blunt, felt like his mind was made up about her situation, didnt care to hear from us as parents about why we were there, asked us to come back for a hearing test which we didn't ask for, didnt have any issues about her hearing but he's the dr so we did and what an absolute waste of our time, the hearing test ladies time and his time as her hearing was perfect.The dr seemed very frustrated from the patient before us and his bedside manner was awful during our appointment, when I asked him to check her tonsils again he bluntly stated I'm not going to change my mind on this" which is concerning to me.Then carried on about how fsst patients can get into him vs the other ENT in Brantford but given his bedside manner I can see why there isnt a waitlist to see him.I'll be requesting a second opinion from another ENT for our daughter and will not be returning here."

Dr Wiesenthal was able to get me in as fast as possible considering we are coming out of a pandemic. His medical assistant also made an extra effort to get me a faster MRI appointment. Super appreciate their help! This has been the most challenging time in my life and they have done their best for me. God Bless them.

Dr. Wiesenthal listened to my concerns. Never been to an on-time doctor. Very efficient. Great bedside manner. Very much respect his ability to diagnose and treat.

I had been suffering with my ailment for 18 months, went to several specialists who all misdiagnosed me until Dr. Wiesenthal. He took one look, prescribed me medication and within 4 weeks I was healed! I am overjoyed as this ailment was extremely uncomfortable but now gone forever! His front desk girl is also a sweetheart to deal with. I was very fortunate to have found this doctor. Blessed!

Dr. Weisenthal is the best of the best. I have visited other ENT's and he is the most professional. He performed a surgical procedure in my throat without freezing due to his surgical proficiency. Dr. Weisenthal is also a surgeon and his staff are very professional and kind. My appointment as at 2:35 in the afternoon and I walked right in and sat in his chair with him ready to take action. This is a proper ENT.

Dr. Wiesenthal was fully prepared and in the room before I entered! Knowledgeable, professional and efficient; he respects your time and is very personable. I wish all my medical appointments were managed this way. Highly recommended and grateful to be in his care.
