One of the best place in the town for custom cushions and upholstery. We got a bench cushion done from here in 2018 for a window seat in 2018 which looks and feels awesome. The quality of material, workmanship and service is excellent. Recently, we got bench cushions done for a sectional lower seating and as usual, excellent work again. The owner, Denise is super helfpful from the get go and goes above and beyond in helping select the right fabric and design. She also visited our place to ensure the accuracy of measurements and offered helpful suggestions. Special mention for Terry and Joe...they are awesome! This is my go to place for any custom uphosltery and cushion requirements. Thank you!

I don't write google reviews often but Something Extra has gone so far above and beyond for me I can't pass up the opportunity to shine a light on their fantastic business. I started out looking for some fabric and emailed Kendra for availability and pricing after finding them online as a Sunbrella supplier. The return emails were so prompt I was shocked, customer service like this is rare these days.After concluding I had no idea which Sunbrella fabric I needed Kendra offered for me to bring down a sample so we could match in the supplier books. Both Denise and Kendra were fantastic and so helpful despite my order being relatively small. They matched the fabric and got in my order the same day! I also ordered new Cushion foam (as my mother-in-law was making the covers) and this was turned around in only a couple of days.Due to my own negligence and thinking bigger is better I ordered foam sections that were several inch's to thick. I spoke with Denise and said I would like to order some thinner ones (since this is my mistake) and I would sell the over sized ones on market place but she insisted I return them, bring the new covers with me and she would stuff them and use the other foam on another project. Once the covers were in I travelled back to their shop and Denise had them stuffed while I waited (I'm about 45 minutes away so she wanted to save me another trip). I was not expecting this and very pleasantly surprised as being a small business owner myself time is valuable.If you are in need of anything upholstery related you can not go wrong with Something Extra. Polite, patient, professional and speedy customer service make the transaction an absolute pleasure. 10/10

Fantastic custom sunbrella fabric patio cushions! Terry is terrific — she has a great selection of fabrics in the shop and there’s a dedicated team producing high quality professional cushions. I was amazed at the quick turnaround time. My order happened to be simple so they were able to slip it into the schedule and I’m grateful to be so lucky. Very pleased with the result, we are enjoying our new patio cushions in Sunbrella Cast Slate.

I love this place! I needed something special on my order so I sent Kendra an email and not only was she really quick to respond she was so accommodating and the people there when I picked up we’re so sweet! I love the fabric I got!

Denise and her team did my window seat cushions in my kitchen. She recommended sun resistant fabrics due to the sunlight coming through my window. She did a paper template when she came to my home and recommended colours. Excellent service and great customer work!

Terry truly went above and beyond helping us order and select the right Bay window bench cushion. Prior to dealing with Terry we had selected a fabric that we liked. I’m sitting/laying on my comfy and stylish patio furniture and can’t seem to get up to do the chores that are waiting for me. The Sunbrella cushions they custom made are of high quality, pretty and perfectly fitted to my sofa and chairs. Im looking forward to having company over so I can show them off. I can’t forget to mention the perfectly fitted heavy vinyl covers they made for the furniture! We will be enjoying them for years to come! Thanks Denise and the team, you are amazing!
