Went in asking for help with work safety shoes. Asked for help the clerk pointed in a general direction. And went back to pricing. I would not recommend and certainly will not shop at any Marks again. I would rather pay more and give my money to Marks.

Was very disappointed no staff to help us when we did get help she would not use her electronic device to see if they had in stock she would go into the back for 25+ mins then she disappeared only to be talking to either a friend or customer wasn't sure anything that I when into Mark's for you would have to show online as they won't carry it in the store . I would be very reluctant to visit Marks again they need more knowledgeable staff who is willing to work

Big box store...same as every other Mark's anywhere I would guess.That being said, the parking lot is super bizarre...why does everyone have to drive around an island to get to the store entrance/parking area. Some guy in parking lot design clearly got a C" in that class.Anyway...the selection of gloves snd socks and stuff is pretty deep...exactly as you would expect..."

The only service you get is if your paying. Absolutely no help on the sales floor, we were walked past multiple times by several employees without even a smile.

I hadn't been there in some time and a lot has changed. Nice clean store with helpful staff. I remember it being a place for the average person to go and get good clothing at a reasonable price, now it seems just the people who are willing to pay higher prices. Still very good clothing and foot wear.

I'm going hunting in a few hours and it's supposed to get -40+. I came to Marks Fort St John for boots, jacket, balaclava and insulated rubber gloves. They had everything and incredible service. Thank you!
