I really can't say enough about our experiences with Darlene Strang. We've now purchased three homes and with her and each and every time her wealth of knowledge and experience shows through. When things didn't go as planned, she ensured the vendor remedied the situation before we took possession. Her listening skills, her kindness and her generosity are also appreciated. We lover our home. Two of our children have now used her as their realtor to purchase their first homes. She taught them about the process and they are as pleased as we are.

I have dealt with Darlene and Alex 3 times in the last 18 months. Darlene is one of if not the top realtor in the city so expectations are high. She handled the estate sale of a luxury condo and during a time of low sales in the condo market relied on her sense of the market to price us where we needed to be which was significantly higher than I expected. Her negotiation skills are on point and we were extremely happy with the job she did, like I said though, when you hire the best, you expect the best…and thats what we got.We decided to downsize and purchase a smaller house and began dealing with her assistant Alex. Over the course of 6 months Alex showed us numerous houses that were all close but just not quite right. He is extremely knowledgeable about construction and has a keen eye when it comes to spotting deficiencies or issues and communicates extremely well so you really understand what you are buying. When we finally found the right home and wanted to make an offer he held us off until he could look at comparables and feel comfortable with what we should offer. He recommended a price lower than we originally thought we would offer but it was obvious he knew what he was doing so we relied on is knowledge and even in a crazy market we got the house for a great price. Darlene has very clearly worked with Alex to refine his negotiation skills because they are every bit as excellent as hers are.When we decided to sell our condo after taking possession of the house, Alex listed it for us and took such amazing pictures of it that the people in our complex were all stunned with how well it showed. With the condo market slow and interest rates rising we full expected that it would take several months to sell. Instead we had an offer within a week and while I was ready to accept it, again, he put his negotiation skills to the test, suggested we counter and somehow was able to get the sale done.Not all sales go smoothly though and on closing day the buyer encountered a hiccup…while I was losing it and ranting, Alex remained totally composed, suggested a solution and told me I did not have to do anything and that he would handle it. He did…and it closed one day later.So, after three real estate transactions in 18 months I would say that if you want the true pedigree of a top realtor, negotiation skills second to none, brilliant real estate minds and a team that takes immense pride in delivering results that you just cant get anywhere else then call Darlene and Alex. Simply put…there is no better
