The only reason I give them a 1 and not a negative number is because, 1 thing i asked them to look at was done. When I dropped off my trailer there was a lady that was helping me a bit, but when she went inside she forgot about me completely and was helping other people so I couldn't even ask questions or make sure she understood what I needed. I know she wrote down everything when I was outside with her, but I had wanted to ensure I hadn't forgotten anything. My trailer was there for over two weeks and only 1 of the many things got done. One other thing got an estimate". They didn't even bother to look at the rest of it. I had referred them to other people before because of the friendly environment when I had to purchase parts previously. I will be letting them know I was wrong. This is the first time I have ever dropped my trailer off for repairs and I will not be doing that again. Now we go on holidays with a broken trailer because I have no time to get it in anywhere else. Would not recommend!"

We recently bought a used trailer from Brandon, what a great sales guy. Super nice and knew exactly what we wanted. We had gone all the way to Calgary to try and find one at a different dealership and did not have a great experience. I’m so glad we made the last minute decision to travel to Lethbridge!!! All the people that work there are great and super helpful and friendly. Our only issue was communication, as we asked to have 2 6v batteries included and one major thing from coming from the BC side was to make sure our taxes were all included in the sale. We get there to pick up our trailer and we only have one battery and find out that they did not include our PST in the deal, which it all was suppose to be. So meaning we had to pull out of no where around $1100 to register this trailer. Which I was not impressed with at all. They did not inform us before hand that this was going to be the case. So to be honest not happy at all about the financial part of my experienceBut other then all that everyone was super nice and good to deal with.Thanks Brandon for helping us get a great trailer-Tatiana and cam

If you want a poor RV Dealership, come to Eldorado RV. My dad bought a used trailer from them 2 months ago, and due to work schedule had to pick up in April. The understanding was that when first used, as it wasn’t camping season, if he had any issues the first time he took it camping, Eldorado would fix it! The front exterior seals from roof to floor on both sides had moved and the caulk had cracked and stretched apart. Also, the trailer front corner scissor levelling jacks were sloppy and bent. When you buy a used trailer from Eldorado you have a huge dealer admin fee that they said was a full inspection and proper repairs of the found deficiencies! The issues I have explained should not of happened in 2 months and on being used the first time. Management refused to make this right, honour their word and basically told him to take a hike and fix it at his own expense!! If you want a dealership that lies to their customers just to make a sale, does not care about customers and have no ethics to make things right, you’ve come to the right place. Will be telling everyone to stay away from this dealership!!

After having extremely poor experiences at another local RV dealer, we were on the search for an RV dealer and service shop that would look after us, and Eldorado RV did just that!Ron and Frank were AMAZING to deal with! The service was prompt, professional and top notch! They listened carefully to the concerns we had with our unit, explained any repairs thoroughly before starting, and even had our unit back to us the same day! When one calls Eldorado, you sense their enthusiasm to help you. From reception to sales to service & warranty, they’ve been a group of down to earth hometown type people to deal with. I live in Edmonton and even from a distance, they’ve accommodated me through the entire purchase process and after sales. Recommended.

If i could only post pictures here to show the shabby workmanship on my warranty work. Its laughable actually. Wonder how much they got paid from the warranty company to do these repairs". Go anywhere but here for your trailer shopping needs. This place is a joke."

Bought extended warranty for $2000 and was told it covered bumper to bumper. Had the trailer for 2 years and started leaking in the trailer when it rained. Staff would not honour the warranty, was told didn’t cover leaks. Why did we buy $2000 warranty then? Parts woman is rude. Will not deal with this El dorado again.

I spent $100,000 on a truck camper, bought the extended warranty. They put it on my truck and did not do a good job and made a hole on my camper. They accused me of causing that hole.It would have been a 1 hour job to fix it and $30 worth of material. I’ll do it myself.Not good service at all.
