I was recommended to the X-terminators by my employer. I mentioned to him that we had an ongoing ant problem in our home. We tried absolutely everything and it never worked. I decided to call the X-Terminators and I spoke with Ashley. She was so helpful and accommodating in arranging a time. Kevin came and treated the inside and outside of our house. He is professional and takes the time to answer our questions. We now get our home treated annually. I highly recommendX-Terminators!

I would definitely call you again for any future pest control needs. The first time I had called you to take care of a bed bug issue. I was very satisfied with the professionalism and the efficiency of your crew. I called again the very next year as I was feeling itchy and thought the bed bugs had returned. Your crew came by and investigated but found no traces of bed bugs. They were very honest and told me that there were no traces. They did not feel it was necessary to spray again and charge me for an unnecessary job. I was very appreciative of this honesty and integrity, as I don't think a lot of other companies would refuse to take a customer's money even if the service wasn't necessary. I found out later that the itch was caused by a medical condition and not by bed bugs. I would highly recommend your company to my friends and family. Thank you!

Me and my husband have been customers of Mike’s for 2 years. He is very professional and we are so happy with his quality of work. He is very informative and the results from how thorough he is and the quality of the products used has far exceeded our expectations. Our rat problem was under control almost instantly. I was concerned about how to handle the rat problem because I have a dog and Mike answered every question and explained how the traps we decided to go with were pet safe.We highly recommend to everyone, even as a preemptive measure, to have your house sprayed for bugs/ants. The first time we had Mike spray our house was over a year ago and we have not seen a live ant, termite, spider, millipede, beetle or any other bug in the house since. Called this company for a silverfish problem. Most disappeared on the first spraying, but we were still seeing some. Called the X-Terminators after about 70 days and they promptly returned and sprayed again. That was before Christmas and we haven't seen a single silverfish since. Very impressed with their promptness and professionalism.
