Had an online order to pickup. Email indicated it was ready to be picked up.Website shows they are open until 6PM. Drove down there yesterday at around 2PM. They were closed. Tried calling but no one picked up. No sign on door, no notices, nothing.Tried calling today before heading down. No one picked up the call. Drove down around 3:30PM. Door was locked again and no notice or any indication on what's going on. Tried calling several times but no one picked up the phone.Sent a message on Instagram. Apparently they are open only by appointment. Yet they did not bother to make any note of this on their website, online accounts, or even put up a sign on their door. The confirmation email had no mention of by appointment" either. How is a customer expected to know that they are open only by appointment? In addition
