Would not waste my time buying food from here cooking taste really bad hard like a rocks I asked for extra olives I got 5 in total didn’t even offer for new cookies cuz they really stoned

I ordered Subway every now and then, but this is the worst ever! I ordered online for pickup, the bread teast old! Veg is not fresh at all. The potion is way under! I am very disappointed!

Worst service and food portion. Ordered twice rice bowl chicken teriyaki and it was a joke. Charged $12 and the portion wasn’t even worth of $8. Super disappointed. 3 tiny Rice scoop with half scoop of chicken teriyaki and veggies, everything was below half the bowl. Never gonna come back and spread the word of mouth to all. Bad service.

By far the worst subway in Ottawa. The guy working today doesn’t know how to make a salad- he uses half the amount of ingredients. I had to ask him twice to put in each thing. Waste of money.

This doesn't even deserve 1 star. This is absolutely the worst Subway experience I've had, and an utter shame to the franchise. Does the owner of this Subway really believe they can get away with such poor food quality and service without consequences? Please do everyone a favor and sell your franchise to someone who can exercise competence while managing the franchise. You are not only ruining the reputation of this Subway location, but simultaneously staining the Subway brand. This is ridiculous.

Absolutelyyyyy horrendous. Ordered a chicken salad and 6 inch veggie sub. I am so sad I cannot give zero stars. After this will be calling the restaurant to complain. The salad was so wet with water liquid that the lettuce was translucent. The chicken looked like it had been pre chewed. It was so disgusting. Ordered through Skip. Totally ripped off. Not edible. Talk about ripping people off when order cost 30$ ughhh

Great customer service, got the new pizza sub it was not good. Bread was stale and not a a big sub. Meatball sub better and better value for money. Great hot choclate. Nice smiles. Maybe fresher bread and more toppings for promotional items

The person in there was stingy, the food was okay but the cookies were hard as a rock I showed the employee and knocked the cookie on the table to show hard it was. Couldn’t even take a bite, but they wouldn’t offer another cookie or any compensation…. Wouldn’t recommend it or spend a dime there!
