The employees are not jobs and they not helpful if someone lost their parcels they know better help customer lost parcels they didn’t receive parcel card to pick up parcels at post office they refuse help them

Lovely time at the post office, it is such a beautiful spot, very clean and there is lots of mailboxes.

This Canada post has great service.

What you would expect from a post office

I was expecting a delivery one day recently because the tracking said it was out for delivery but then upon checking a second time it had switched the delivery date to the next day, so I decided that I'd pick it up myself while I was out and about, the tracking update stated it was held due to weather conditions even tho I didn't think it was all that bad weather wise so I entered the post office to pick up my mail and the guy who searched the back for my mail was polite and helpful.

Had to get a family member to send a parcel out for me in the evening of the Dec. 14th. Staff proceeds to take it in as a letter instead of a parcel and doesn't ask how we would like to send it so we don't get a tracking number so we begin to call the post office the next day in the morning. Not a single person would pick up. Been calling for about almost two hours and not a single peep. Family member needed to head down to the post office at the time and hopefully will get there to stop them from sending the package as a letter and redo it to get a tracking number. If not.. welp FML.

I had three big boxes to post and was struggling to open the door by pushing the button with my elbow. The clerk saw me and came rushing to help. I wish I had gotten his name….short graying hair with glasses, very professional. I appreciate the excellent service and consideration. Thanks so much!

Served by a very competent woman who was very patient with my big parcels.
