Everyone has a story about buying a car. I bought my 1st car from Cambridge Centre Honda. On entering the premises, was directed to meet one of the Sales Consultants Mohammed Patel (Mo) , who made my car buying experience a special one. Mo made the whole process fast and easy. He was very friendly and gave honest suggestions. I would like to thank Mo and Cambridge Centre Honda for surpassing my expectations. I would definitely recommend you to many. I had a great experience at Cambridge Centre Honda. I recently bought my first Honda and had a lot of questions. My sales rep Keenen went above and beyond for me. This dealership makes you feel like family and is there for you every step of the way. I was given a tour of the service department and introduced to the service manager. Also, they took extra time showing me all the functions in the car which I really appreciated. The overall experience was the best I have ever had buying a car. From the time of purchase to the time of pick up Kevin and Tony were both a pleasure to work with. They answered all my questions and made the transition from my Honda Accord Sport to my new Honda CR-V Sport B. I will miss my Accord but am excited to love my new CR-V just as much or more. My mom and I needed to buy a new car since my father recently passed away as a result of a devastating car accident. We needed a bigger car that was suitable for my sister, my mother and myself. Vanessa and her team took the time to help us. They helped us every step of the way. Vanessa as well as the entire Cambridge Honda staff were always available to answer any questions we had and really took the time to explain the whole process to the both of us. Vanessa and Tony were so understanding of our situation, vulnerability and heartbreak. This was not an easy task without my father being around as he usually doubt with these things, but Cambridge Honda Centre made it all possible.

I traded in my car at Cambridge Honda last month. The process was seamless. After going to the other Honda in Kitchener for a quote, I was dissatisfied. They offered me $6000 less for my vehicle, no one even looked at the car. At Cambridge, someone looked at the car, drove it and came back with an honest, and what I thought was a reasonable quote for our vehicle. Our salesman, Kevin was amazing. He was easy to talk to and provided all information about the car we were looking to buy. When I had questions after leaving, he was just a phone call/text away. After purchasing the new car there, Michelle was very educated on the car’s features. She was prompt, waited for us by the car, instead of us waiting for her. Thanks Cambridge Honda, I’ll be back to purchase my next vehicle here, and I’ll refer anyone looking to buy a car.

I will definitely be recommending Cambridge Centre Honda to any friends or family who are looking for a new vehicle! Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and had great customer service. I would also highly recommend my my sales representative, Keenan, who went above and beyond to make sure my car buying experience was comfortable, all of my questions were answered and didn't pressure me into purchasing a vehicle when I was looking for my first new car.

2023 update: although the customer service was great from Vanessa the manager who I had to speak with at the time was very unpleasant and had poor customer service skills. We upgraded to the 2023 pilot and were to excited for our new vehicle. That being said it’s very disappointing to see the quality Honda has gotten to on these models. Anyone that purchases a new 2023 pilot will know the back right side of the bumper has terrible fitment, also just noticed the window trim on the outside of the car almost falling off. This is not what I expect for Honda. We feel like we’ve made the wrong decision with this vehicle as the quality is nothing more than poor. Was also supposed to get compensation from the bumper alone in accessories that were supposed to be mailed to my home, that has been over a month. All said and done this vehicle has many defects and It has less than 1100kmMy wife and I were looking for a new family vehicle as our family is growing. Vanessa was there to assist us from start to finish. She helped us get a great trade in value and also helped us choose the right vehicle for us. The new car was beautiful with all its new technology. It was a bit of a wait but Vanessa kept us up to date. Overall she represented the company in a very courteous and professional manor.

WOW. Pleasantly elated! Thank you to this Honda location for being at capacity in the service docks and still finding a way to help service a walk in customer! Big thanks go out to Brad for taking the time to get in my Honda Element and identify the wheel noises during a road trip away from home. Turns out the lug nuts needed to be torqued and that did the trick. Thanks for the peace of mind you gave us, it was truly valued in every sense!
