I found out that we had asbestos in our home. However, I just was not sure the extent of the issue. I called Andre and he made time in his busy schedule to come take a few samples why he took the samples where he did. When the test came back positive, he explained what needed to be done and more importantly, what did not need to be done. He provided a reasonable quote, but unfortunately we had scheduling conflict. Otherwise I would have gone with him. I can't recommend Andre enough since I didn't have the best experience with some of the other service providers who seemed to resort to scare tactics.

Andre was exceptionally helpful, he was thorough in asking the right questions, he was reassuring and spoke with us at length about the asbestos removal process but, above all we really appreciated his honesty. Andre informed us that in order to speed things up, we could drop the sample to be tested for asbestos to the lab ourselves. He also provided information about which lab to go to and what to expect. Fortunately for us, there was no asbestos found in our ceiling and therefore, we did not require Air Doctor's asbestos remediation services. Andre was instrumental in helping our demolition process go faster and so much more comfortable.

Andre was very professional, friendly and informative! During our 15 min chat, Andre walked us through what the process would be like to remove asbestos, what to expect as well as a very rough ball park estimate. He didn't have to help us but we're very grateful he did because we were able to make an informed decision! We recently had Andre in to remove some mould and asbestos in our basement which was discovered when we started our reno. He was recommended to us by a friend and he did an amazing job and was very fast. He kept the place very safe and blocked off when the work was being done. Also all the mould and asbestos was completely removed and the basement was very clean when he was finished. Andre is super nice and friendly and we highly recommend him!
