Bayview Seven Animal Hospital

Please reconsider your choice of this vet!!! They gave my dog expired pills in April, and he should take it once a month until November, while those pills are going to be expired in June (5 months before the season ends). Please double check the medicines they gave to your pets! When I noticed this and re-visit them, the lady in this vet talked to me rudely, refused to refund, and only would like to exchange for 6 pills (I have 7 left). She said I could get one more next year as store credit. Then could you tell me why you sold me 7 at the beginning? You sold me one extra that my dog doesn’t need for this season? Even if you like this vet, please please please double check the expiration dates of all medicines you have at home.

I have been taking my fur baby Charlie to Bayview Seven for 8 years and the Bayview Seven Team is fantastic. Special thanks to Lucy for the time she spent helping me pick the right food and treats for Charlie to keep his teeth healthy. Charlie loves his appointments and especially all the treats he receives from the staff.

Bayview Seven Animal Hospital has provided veterinary services and treated 5 of my pets over the course of 30+ years. The the doctors have exceptional diagnostic and treatment skills. They are kind and loving to my pets and to me and my family. The staff is always on top of my file, Recently I lost my pet insurance forms and the staff got the insurance forms with the matching invoices for me - a lot of work - all with a smile. A special shout out to Howard Covant the owner of the practice - he is the best!

I have been taking my 5 year old doggie Raffi to Dr. Covant for 3+ years, and I am exceptionally happy with the service they provide to me. Dr. Covant is understanding, and although he works really fast, he is a phenomenal vet. He knows what he is doing. I know my dog Raffi is always in good hands at Bayview Seven (Raffi has needed two surgeries in the past 5 months). Sheri is also really awesome (the secretary). They have been understanding for me over the years (as I am a bit of a nervous dog Mama with all the trials and tribulations). I will never stop taking my dog to Bayview Seven, we are loyal to them and we trust them. I now live downtown and drive 1 hour+ every time Raf needs to go to the vet because of how much I trust them.

I don't see any point ($240+tax) in analyzing the dead ticks sample dropped from my dog more than 2 week ago, why not just blood test my dog directly? I have to do more tests than needed, which is very costly. I was concerned from the beginning. Also other vets normally do not charge for the follow up of the same issue within short period.The worker there are not experienced, took them more than 15 minutes to measure my dog's temperature under my help, they even do not know a treat (food) will calm down the dog and get the measurement done quickly.They will not tell you how much they are going to charge you for each items, but give you a big surprise before you walk out. I was shocked by $455.98 for the first visit. Much more expensive than any clinic that my friends recommended.I chose this clinic (hospital) as it is close to my home, but it was a big mistake, avoid this one.

I took my healthy dog there for dental cleaning. They had to do teeth extractionThey also did all the tests before surgery and he was so heathyMy dog heart stopped and he never woke upThis happened in 2021! I don’t trust any doctor there.* update *They actually have the nerve to comment below saying I’ve confirmed it was another vet. I never confirmed that - we never spoke since they put down my dog due to carelessness! It was this one! I have all my receipts to prove that this is the place we’ve been going. I guess this shows their character. Please don’t bring your loved ones here!

Great technicians and helpful staff..with professional vets.My last two cats were treated here with best service. When my other cat was sick (due to poor service from another vet place), they offered to help and never asked for a dime. They care about the animals and not just money.

I had to go here to unfortunately to put my dog down. The first time I went there, yet they showed me so much respect and kindness. The dr. Even went down on the floor to put my Layla down. Anything to make her feel comfortable since she isn't a dog that likes being picked up. When I get another dog eventually I will always return back here. Their loving kindness couldn't be matched. Thank you for making my girl comfortable and thank you for being supportive to me.
