Unfortunately at a going away party for my son the Caesar salad I purchased at the Maple Ridge Save On had a 2” grasshopper at bottom of salad…gross. Other than getting my money back & an email apology no one has bothered to contact me via phone call or offered a gift card? Very disappointed in Save On Foods. Might send photos to newspaper.

I had a poor experience with getting hired in highgate village branch.I do not want to reveal the story here and I am looking to talk to HR. In simple words, the store managers totally destroyed my life.I will never forgive them.

Dealt with a person who said he was a manager at the east maple ridge save on foods. He was rude and very condescending. Would not give me his name and had no badge on his shirt so I have no way to identify him to complain. I can only imagine with his attitude he gets many complaints and that's why he doesn't want you to know who he is. I e mailed customer service and received very standard response but did not address my complaint. What good is customer service if they don't deal with the complaint and attempt to resolve the issue. An apology would have been nice.

My Save on on Roberson st is great, once I called because I got called to work to set up a different delivery time for my groceries. Instead the lady arranged for them to be brought to me right away at no cost difference. They do never have this strawberry whipped cake I order everytime, that's why I gave them a 4 . As soon as I get a cake it's a five star store

Please give training to your associates before having them deal with customers. Especially Mr. Singh on billing counter in King George Save on Food Location. I think he's new and was not trained properly. Shopping in save on food from the last five years and never had a bad experience, except today.

some products delivery to our place and my other family house was correct right but not many people made miskate today dec 26 2022 they are made miskate again and some delivery person did not follow to direction and last time was different people was follow direction good service 100 stars and helpful 200 stars but this dec 26 miskate wrong products did not follow to order direction that why .

This is not my primary account. I went to Saveon in Parksville and asked the security guard where the washroom was. He followed me there and then to the deli where I picked out a sandwich. I then paid in the self checkout and when I exited he acused me of not paying. When I got upset he lied and called the police on me. Funny thing is I am an Asset Protection associate so understand the job and he did everything wrong. He tried to have me banned from the store for his mistake. I tried to get a manager to help without success. They told me I was lying. I did get a call from the store manager which was less offensive but he told me he would call me back after talking to the associate. He hasn't called back . I left a message for the district manager but haven't heard back. To be accused of what I spent the last 15 years deterring and stopping was highly offensive. If they had at any point simply apologized I would have let it go but they lied and went hard on the lies to disparage me. The security guard has no idea what his job entails.

I’m extremely upset with the Scottsdale Save on foods in Surrey. I placed an online order for my groceries to be delivered between the hours of 8pm to 10pm. I have two young children that I need to have these groceries for the next morning. The time goes past 10pm and still no delivery so I called the store and the rep says oh sorry your order is still here and we have to reschedule your delivery for tomorrow….umm no you will bring me my order NOW and all he can say is sorry but I can’t?? I want to speak to the store manager and I got the supervisor she expected me to come and get my groceries. I was like no I paid for a service and you need toFollow through with my request plus I have twoChildren sleeping. Needless to say I will be calling head office tomorrow!!

I regularly shop at one of the 3 stores in the Sherwood Park, Alberta stores. Today was the 4th time in the last 6 months that I have come home with meat that is rotten. I understand it happens, but 4 times.......this is not acceptable. It varies from chicken to pork. I go to the store, it is an hour away, I come home, go to put it away and I can smell it in the packaging. This is from all 3 stores, at any given time. I am fed up giving my money to this place.
