My car had been in his shop for six months. I had to call Joe every few weeks to check on my car. He was rude and made up excuses for why he couldn't fix it. I had had enough of his BS and took the car to Henneken Auto. They resolved all of my issues in two days. Go somewhere else if you value your time and money.

Joe and his team were incredible when I brought my Audi A4 in. Joe managed to fit me in to his schedule the same day I called and I could not be more satisfied with the service I got.They ordered me the part I needed, conducted a synthetic oil change and I was out of the shop within a couple hours, and even brought me Tim Hortons coffee to boot.Joe is a down to earth friendly guy that gives it to you straight and doesn’t try to upsell you on anything you don’t need. Will definitely be back to do business at Joe’s.

My first time here and I am pleased. I think Joe is the good and honest mechanic I have been searching for. I asked for an oil change and to check out a fluid leak. He explained what he found, the severity (not too) the repair(s), the urgency (not real urgent)and the cost (reasonable) and gave me his assessment of my vehicle's (2005 Grand Cherokee) mechanical condition (suspension, brakes etc.) which is very good except for the aforementioned. Based on my experience today I would recommend him with no hesitation. Btw he was recommended to me by a friend who spoke highly of him as well.

Last of the honorable mechanics. I called very short notice for a basic repair. He was friendly and offered to have me in anytime. I arrived for my repair and he immediately had a mechanic start working. Despite the job asked for; the repair required additional time to complete because of an issue with my car. Not only did he go above and beyond to complete the additional work but he honored his original price!! Thanks for being the best shop in Richmond!

Went to Joe because I had issues starting my car and there was also a fluid leak. He called me before completing the work and explained what the issue was. He replaced the ecu relay which was causing the starting problem. He also repaired the fluid leak. Work was completed on time and the cost was reasonable. This was my first experience taking my car to Joe, and I must say it was very positive. Definitely go back to him.

I live in Chilliwack and needed to take a car I am considering buying to a mechanic for a vehicle inspection. Joe was fantastic. He was pleasure to talk to on the phone, very responsive and got it in the same day, coordinated with the dealer to drop off/pick up, and most importantly- the inspection was very thorough and candid. A fantastic experience overall - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and if I lived in the area would definitely use him as my mechanic. Thanks Joe!
