Sherwin-Williams Paint Store
Fantastic customer service, very helpful. The store itself is an easy 4/5 stars! My only issue is with the product itself. Used the opulence line for a properly prepped room and unfortunately It does not hold up well and scuffs very easily. Would not recommend that particular product based on my experience.

West Kelowna Sherwin Williams has excellent customer service that goes over an above the call of duty. Very impressed. I have been a Benjamin Moore customer for 15 years and I have to admit the quality of the Sherwin Williams paint I purchased is just as good as BM and the customer service was better.

I was here recently and found the store is well stocked. It was clean and organized. Staff was extremely helpful and was able to get what I needed in a timely manner. Prices are fair for product line. Carry everything a novice painter might need and the essentials that any professional painter would require. Would recommend this store if you are looking at painting your house.

After a disaster with a different paint brand, we went to Sherwin-Williams in West Kelowna. Thanks to a wonderful lady, Kelly, our disaster can be fixed. She new exactly what to instruct us to do and which paint will work best. Thank you Kelly your help is greatly appreciated!

Friendly staff and tidy store. I cannot recall her name but loved her, she was so friendly. Was also alone (probably short staffed) but she was able to split her time up between customers and was able to help everyone. Thanks for the great service

Nothing wrong with the store per-say, but the price of the paint seems quite expensive for the quality received. There are other competitors I would sooner use that cost much less, and cover much better. Nothing personal though, fantastic employees/store!
