We found really nice jacket in black color, We got it during late march, so prices were low, one of manager honored the price which was bymistake US dollor, they charged instead it in CAD, Was really good to see that happened. Thanks Northface, He was a big guy probably Indian Asian. Thanks man.

If they carried more of the summit series line the store could be good. Most of the clothes here are north faces lower end lines and I'm just not a fan

I did not receive much help while I was looking for backpacks. Honestly I was super confused and usually at a store like this staff comes over and asks if you need help. However, for this one I had to find an employee and ask questions but she seemed bothered by my questions and tried to end the conversation super quick. It was in the middle of the afternoon and the store was almost empty so it wasn’t a crowd problem. I would have appreciated a little more help and input to get what I wanted. I instead had to sit and google my way through things.

Great winter jackets !! but this review is for the store – shabbily maintained! The staff don’t know the products and price!! On floor they tell 1 price and while going to billing it will always be way higher.. happened twice … not helpful to get the size !! everything is everywhere ! not a well organized store !!For jackets I would give 4 / 5For service its 1 / 5

North Face quality is great and in this outlet store someone can find always good deals. We bought a winter jacket for our daughter with a 40% discount. Sales Representatives, mainly young people we're all helpful and the young cashier explained the lifelong warranty and what that covers. Will for sure shop again there.

Really big, clean and lots of variety! Come early as the line starts to build around 11am. Mall opens 10am. Great selection and prices are reasonable. Clothing can be an additional 50%. Shoes already discounted with many additional 30% off.Its not too popular in Canada compared to the US but quality products.Bought myself a good backpack for day to day
