Neat little parking spot close to Esker Lake off Sandalwood Pkwy and Heartlake Rd. Can only be accessed going east toward Heartlake Rd on Sandalwood. Can easily be missed if not paying attention.

Although raining during our visit, hiking on top of an esker is very cool. This sharp-crested esker provides some great vantage points of the water below. The tunnel running under the road creates a cool phenomenon too!

We parked here to hike into Heart Lake Conservation Park. Very limited parking but there were still a couple of spots available.

A nice park with picturesque views and good curvy tracks. Can be a little challenging for some. The paths are well covered and shaded. It is not a long path so don’t be thinking about walking for hours. Good for a nice stroll through the wildness. I am not sure it may work for strolls if it rains as some of the area could be challenging. But overall a great experience if you are living in Brampton or the neighborhood.

Nice park with surprisingly significant trail system for mountain biking & fat biking. Parking is closed during winterror!!!! Still a great place to park during warm season.
